Abstract
Character design becomes an important part in video game that requires understanding of design and the comprehension of inspiration sources, especially to promote traditional cultures. Many people are aware to mining Indonesian traditional culture resources but it is still rarely presented properly. One of them is Malangan mask, one of the cultural treasures from East Java. Malangan mask is integrated with Panji Tales, the original traditional Indonesian literature and it has aesthetic elements, moral values and esoteric aspects but it starts to be forgotten. Tapel Saga mobile game tries to interpret the esoteric aspects of Malangan mask and actualize the local mythology and urban legend into modern format but still convey its aesthetic and moral value. The transformation of Indonesian traditional culture into video games requires the comprehension of the values, and it can be represented in symbols and attributes in the character design while paying attention to the principles of character design and market taste. Furthermore, the development of the video game characters on Tapel Saga is not only the promotion and innovation of the Indonesian traditional cultures, but also broadening of ideas for the development of Indonesian video game industry which has significant growth.

Abstract
In recent years, the extraction of high-added value compounds, such as flavonoids, from a natural product has progressively been conducted by the food and pharmaceutical industries due to their high-value impact on human health. In this research, ultrafiltration (UF) membrane was used to purify flavonoid extract solution. The effect of membrane charge, polysulfone (PSf) concentration, and operating pressure were studied on the permeate flux and the separation efficiency of flavonoid compounds. The results showed that the sulfonated UF membrane produced a higher flux and separation efficiency than the non-sulfonated UF membrane, which were 263 L.m2.h and 160%, respectively. An increase in operating pressure will have a larger permeate flux, but it is prone to internal fouling, which results in a sharp decrease in flux during the 2 (two) hour ultrafiltration process. It is hoped that the tightly structured UF membrane can be an alternative process for the separation and purification of active compounds that can be carried out at room pressure and temperature.

Abstract
The era of revolution 4.0 demands fully automatic and can be controlled remotely. The problem in this study is that human reasoning power is still limited, therefore this study designed the manufacture of nuggets using the Internet of Thing to determine the protein and water levels to make the dough more suitable. The purpose of this study is to make it easier to determine the appropriate dose related to protein and water content, by providing a light indicator when the dose meets the requirements. If the light is on, it means that the dose is eligible and when the light is off, it means that the dose does not meet the requirements. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) with 1 factorial, 5 treatments and 4 replications. The results showed that melinjo skin nuggets and tofu dregs in the organoleptic taste test were significantly different, in treatment E1 (90% melinjo skin: 10% tofu waste) which was 2.18 had a savory taste. The texture organoleptic test was not significantly different in treatment E2 (80% melinjo skin: 20% tofu dregs) which was 1.99, the texture was softer and the aroma was very sharp. The water content test was not significantly different from the E0 treatment (100% melinjo skin: 0% tofu pulp) melinjo skin without a mixture of tofu pulp, the resulting high water content level was 60.04. The protein content test was not significantly different, in treatment E3 (70% melinjo skin: 10% tofu dregs) which was 4.04 protein content contained in E3 treatment (70% melinjo skin: 30% tofu dregs).

Abstract
To see if an infrastructure can cover operational costs, maintenance, and other repair costs, it is necessary to analyze the payback period of an infrastructure. By using this method, we can see the assumptions or cost predictions needed so that the initial costs return with the shortest duration. This research was conducted in the lecture building, ^Gedung J^, which is located at PKN STAN Bintaro, South Tangerang. This research was conducted using several fields of science, namely accounting, financial management, civil and commercial engineering. The research object will be the lecture building where it is necessary to identify the cost components and what assets are in the building. This research was also conducted using UAV Drone technology to facilitate the building survey process. The survey that was carried out in addition to using drones was through direct observation using a checklist form from each aspect. After that, each repair needed is calculated from the aspects of construction, structural, and utility management. By combining these several aspects, the cash flow and payback period are obtained from the restoration building of the lecture building, with a code of ^Gedung J^. The results of this study indicate that the construction and utilization of Building J is feasible and can provide benefits for users.

Abstract
Abstract. The Job delegation process sometimes does not go smoothly because they are only used orally or via email. The employee or subordinate assigned to the work delegation sometimes does not understand the details of the delegated work and the deadline for the work, and often there is a duplicate delegation because the boss is unsure of which subordinate party received the work delegation. Some companies have used the job delegation system to delegate work that is equipped with a monitoring system. Several applications can support the implementation of the job delegation system. However, the objective of this study is to find out which applications are suitable for use in organizations, especially educational institutions. This study collect data by conducting interview sessions with the associated different levels of employees in higher education, which are consist of 12 respondence of Staff, supervisors, and Manager of a private university in Jakarta (Indonesia) in November 2020. SEKOLAH TINGGI TEKNOLOGI MUTU MUHAMMADIYAH TANGERANG
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to identify product failures (defects) in the painting process, and find effective solutions to overcome these defects. This research focuses on defects in the body filter painting process. This research was conducted at PT. X since July 2019-July 2019. Data analysis methods used are Pareto diagrams and cause-and-effect diagrams. After doing research, identifying defect problems that arise and the data obtained are then processed using Pareto diagrams. Then it was found that the highest defect in the painting process on the spin-on body filter was melted paint, which was 33.2% and the dominant factor affecting the appearance of melted paint was the standard painring work process with a value of 11%, so the work standard of this painting process became become the focus of problems that must be corrected. From the previous process using a spray gun, it was changed to a spray disc. From the results of the improvement of the work process, the number of defects decreased by 518 or 46.54% from 1113 total defects before repairs and increased product quality.

Abstract
A filter bubble is an algorithmic technology that determines what information is made available to a person, giving rise to a personal information ecosystem. The effect of the filter bubble makes the recipient of the information only get one point of view. People suffer from literacies, are narrow-minded, and tend to be emotional in viewing an issue. Information that is not balanced like this is the beginning of the death of democracy. These deaths are risky because the control of the state is getting weaker in the face of technological power. In such a situation, the state needs an extra effort to counter this information. Thus, the state is forced to use unilateral authority to control, but there is no benchmark to determine how much the authority of the ruler can be tolerated. Uncontrolled use of power is also a trigger for the death of democracy. How to resolve this problem? So far, the solution that has been offered is the establishment of laws, even though this method is often inefficient and ineffective. A better solution is used by a technology architecture that is bound by law. The technology architecture binds all creators and implementers of technology to prevent and overcome the demise of democracy. One of the architectures of this technology is tantamount to regulating the use of filter bubbles.

Abstract
Smart building will become a necessity now and in the future in almost all countries in the world, especially in big cities. Most modern buildings or properties are built with the aim of reducing expenses by reducing energy consumption. The strategy of saving and preserving energy and developing a sustainable building environment or property are important factors in the smart building concept. Earlier, from many literature studies, many definitions of smart building were unclear and did not reflect all the parameters regarding smart building. This could be due to the variety of practical contexts that include any components related to smart building and the absence of standardization. This study will discuss what components and sub-components must exist in a smart building. Research sources come from literature studies in the form of journals and papers indexed by Scopus. The results of this study are used to determine a smart building model.

Abstract
The online exam application is one of the applications used by the ABC campus as an online exam service- online exam applications make it easier for students to take exams. Lecturers take the exam questions- the academic team configures and evaluates the exams. The use of online exam applications on the ABC campus is not yet known about its effectiveness and efficiency- because of this, it is necessary to have an evaluation. The research was conducted to determine the benefits of online exam applications using usability testing and the System Usability Scale (SUS). Usability testing uses five categories: learning ability, memory, efficiency, and error. The study found the learnability indicator with an indicator value of 3.64, memory with an indicator value of 3.93, efficiency with an indicator value of 4.10, error with an indicator value of 4.11, and satisfaction with an indicator value 3.77. These results show that efficiency has the highest indicator and learning ability is the lowest indicator. Meanwhile, the SUS satisfaction questionnaire results obtained a score of 85.83 students, 79.5 lecturers, and 78.57 academic teams. Researchers also use eye-tracking observations to determine the user^s focus area of the application page. The observations using eye-tracking for the fixation count are 27 on the configuration dashboard because there are many settings for the exam to be presented
