Abstract
Digital technology is continuously evolving. Industries or the business world are trying to maintain their performance, efficiency, and compliance by initiating digital transformation in their organizations. Digital transformation is a necessity for many organizations^ sustainability. It has remarkably brought many advantages. To facilitate digital transformation, a variety of technologies have been developed. Robotic Process Automation is one of those technologies that considerably can be utilized as a digital transformation enabler. It is a relatively new and emerging business process automation technology. This study aimed to develop a systematic literature review to identify the current state of Robotic Process Automation as a digital transformation enabler and to what extent it can be utilized to proceed digital transformation. A complete bibliometric analysis has been created to generate a network visualization map and strategic diagram to give an overview of the current state of this technology. The result shows that robotic process automation can be utilized to proceed digital transformation with some particular attributes and conditions.

Abstract
Forgery of academic certificates is a common problem, especially in the academic field, due to its difficulty when verifying the authentication. Blockchain technology can be applied to replace diplomas, records, certificates, transcripts, and other documents because verification of digital certificates provides more security from impersonation. Many universities are starting to utilize Blockchain for academic credentials. Therefore, this study discusses further the elements of academic certificates using Blockchain. This study used a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach on articles published within the range of 2017-2021. The article search on the theme ^Application of Blockchain in Higher Education^ have obtained 1190 articles from 5 scientific databases, where the articles were sorted out based on the title into 57 articles. The articles were then sorted out again based on the abstract into 25 articles. In addition, the data indicates that the application of Blockchain technology in the academic field is a relatively new field of research. The results also showed that most of the authors are from the field of Computer Science (66%), and the other authors are from Management, Information System, Mathematics, and Science. On the other hand, results of the elements research show that 51% of articles that apply Blockchain technology stated that Blockchain in academic certificates do improves and guarantees data security from impersonation

Abstract
Abstract. Tourism is one of the businesses that has kept up with the advancement of ICT. The incorporation of ICT adoption with tourism generates the notion of Smart Tourism. Smart tourism is one of the most important aspects of smart city implementation. To effectively adopt smart tourism, we must first understand the fundamental components as well as the ICT trends that enable it. The purpose of this research is to give a systematic literature review (SLR) of smart tourism publications using the SLR technique.
A comprehensive understanding of smart tourism studies is required for the different components of smart tourism implementation. This study gathers, analyzes, and synthesizes pertinent smart tourism research published in online databases between 2015 and 2021. The 37 (thirty-seven) publications chosen for analysis were divided into 5 (five) categories based on the study questions: people, process enablers, technology, urban services, and results. This study presents five categories, each of which has 15 important components of smart tourism and the top ten ICTs adoption trends that support it. The findings give information that may assist build a knowledge of the smart tourism idea and can also advise the government as policymakers and tourist firms as stakeholders that strive to create and execute smart tourism concepts.

Abstract
Abstract
Purpose: The study aims to synthesize and conceptualize the benefits of gamification in
tourism industry, through a systematic literature review (SLR) and finding the critical issues in
gamification in the tourism sector.
Design/methodology/approach: The research is based on a systematic literature review and
focusing on relevant literatures on gamification in tourism industry. The authors analyze 24
papers published between 2013 and 2021.
Findings: Contribution of this study is evaluating the ultimate purpose of gamification and
the benefit of gamification to support sustainability of smart tourism destination. There
are 2 ultimate purposes of gamification, namely to profitably create, deliver, and share
happiness and to entertainingly and effectively engage, acquire and retain more tourists.
The 4 key benefits of gamification in tourism found, there are Spiritual Happiness (SH),
Emotional Happiness (EH), Intellectual Happiness (IH), and Physical Happiness (PH).
Another important contribution is the identification of critical issues in gamification which
support successful smart tourism destination, there are 3 critical issues, namely (1)
Game Mechanism (features), (2) Tourist/User Position Level, (3) Tourist/User Motivational
Factors.
Originality/value: The study provides the SLR investigating the key benefits and critical issues of
gamification of sustainability smart tourism destination (SSTD). The findings present potential
implications and relevant insights for SSTD contributing to the construction of a more holistic
understanding of gamification in sustainability tourism.

Abstract
Critical Success Factors (CRFs) is one of many important issues in Digital Government implementation to be successful and avoid failure. Critical Success Factors plays a crucial role in Digital Government implementation. In the last decades, various Critical Success Factors have been introduced by scholars for the establishment of Digital Government. However, there still no agreement on Digital Government CRFs concepts required in Digital Government implementation. To more thoroughly examine the Digital Government Critical Success Factors introduced in this article, we collected 40 papers published between 2009 and 2021 retrieved from scopus databases. We followed steps by other scholar as guidelines in general for research. Following guidelines, we created research question and use an approach based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria to meet research goal. Our study found Digital Government Critical Success Factors. These CRFs are meant to improve the design of future Digital Government systems and applications. Furthermore, there a need for designing a Critical Success Factors reference to provide government organizations with the best practice knowledge for Digital Government implementation.

Abstract
Companies, industry and public institutions are dealing with a constant and multiple cyber threats. This raises awareness of the importance of cybersecurity in various fields including business and industry. Cybersecurity is needed for an organization to avoid various information system security risks such as damage of information or information systems, regulatory fines or legal fees, productivity loss, loss of important information in running the business, and reputation damage or loss of trust from customers. This study is a philosophical synthesis of cybersecurity research topic viewed from the ontology, epistemology, and axiology aspects. The result shows that cybersecurity ontologically is in the materialism form of human-computer interaction. Epistemologically, it is an intuitive experiment of phenomena by experimentation of cyber-attack, cyber threats in a cyberspace. Cybersecurity, in a axiological perspective should be formed in an integrated ecosystem cultivated among the citizen to raise the awareness of cyber-attack.

Abstract
Current advancements of information technologies have enabled the provisions of transportation, food delivery, telemedicine entertainment, and other services to be available online via a mobile application. One example of the mobile application providing these services is Gojek application. This paper aims at determination of the factors affecting the usage of such application by the university students. The UTAUT 2 model was utilized, and the response data was analyzed using PLS-SEM method. The results indicate that several variables have significant positive relationships from Habit and Hedonic Motivation to Behavioral Intention, and have a high confidence on the impact of Behavioral Intention towards Use Behavior.

Abstract
Agriculture is a sector that includes food crop cultivation, animal husbandry, dairy farming, fisheries, forestry, and other related activities that promise to grow the economy of the poor. Red beans have a very complex nutritional content, which has many benefits for the body, especially for people with diabetes, stroke, high cholesterol, and similar diseases. There is the various genetic diversity of dried beans in the world, all of which is one factor influenced by the quality of the species. Therefore, seed classification is very important both for marketing and production to be able to make a sustainable farming system. This research uses Python and Dry Bean Dataset obtained from UCI will be compared between the Random Forest Algotirma with Gradient Boosting, Extra Trees, Bagging, XGB, and LGBM Classifier. This research concludes that the accuracy from the highest to the lowest values starts from the LGBM classifier 92.65%, XGB 92.35%, Random Forest 92.29%, Gradient Boosting 91.91%, Extra Trees 91.67%, Bagging 91.67%. Extra Trees and Bagging have the same value of 91.67%. the criteria that have the highest influence are Shape Factor 4, followed by Roundness, Solidity to the last Eccentricity. As a suggestion for further research, it is necessary to compare it with other methods and combine it with other optimization methods to get a higher accuracy value.

Abstract
E-learning is a system that is used in the teaching and learning process at this time. the use of e-learning is increasing with the current situation, namely the pandemic period that makes students and lecturers use this system to carry out learning activities. This study aims to identify the level of user satisfaction of the e-learning system at Universitas Islam Riau during a pandemic. This study uses a quantitative method using the EUCS model. The population in this study were Universitas Islam Riau students with a total sample of 100 respondents. sampling using Simple Random Sampling technique. Data analysis using PLS-SEM with SmartPLS 3.0. The results obtained from this study indicate that the hypothesis that has been designed from the student^s perspective is found one hypothesis that has no significant effect.

Abstract
Risk management is a key element in the strategy of organizational activities. One of the current risk management methods is Failure mode effect and analysis (FMEA). This method has been widely used in many studies with the aim of knowing the risks to the company. This research took place at the National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) Riau Province. FMEA is used as a research method to determine the risks that exist in BAZNAS so that recommendations can be given. In this study, the calculation of the Risk Priority Number (RPN) is done by multiplying the Severity, Occurance, and Detection. The findings of this study using FMEA resulted in 5 failure modes, namely Data, Hardware, Software, People/Human Error and Network as well as recommendations suggested to BAZNAS.

Abstract
Determination of bank creditworthiness is very influential on the income of a bank. If the bank is not right in determining credit loans, then the credit can become problematic or bad which ultimately results in losses to the bank. Therefore, a classification method is needed to minimize the occurrence of non-performing loans. This research applies classification to customer data of PT. BPR Fianka Rezalina Fatma in 2018-2020 using classification methods, namely the Probabilistic Neural Network (PNN), K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN), and Naive Bayes Classifier (NBC) algorithms. This study also applies data sharing techniques to share training and testing data using hold-out techniques. This study found that the PNN algorithm has the highest accuracy, 98.25% with a spread of 0.001.

Abstract
This paper presents the overall background of the influence of the COVID-19 Pandemic on the usage of Food Delivery Mobile Application. Nowadays the pandemic has changed all our behavior from going outside into staying at home since the situation right now is dangerous if we keep on eating outside since the virus can infect everyone when we are not following the right protocol that has been implemented by the government. The research aims at collecting and analyzing a data that are recorded from the questionnaires that has been answered by the respondents by developing a statistical result such as chart, bar graph, calculations, as well as other type of research formula that is available in the Research Technique and it includes Linear Regression, Hypothesis Testing, Correlation and Quantitative Research. The analysis concluded that most of the respondents are reluctant to use Food Delivery Mobile Application during this pandemic, and our analysis result shows that Health Safety has a negative significant influence on Behavior Intention, which means that most of the respondents do not trust the food that is bought from outside is safe with the delivery service because they are still scared with the courier who deliver the food to the customer^s house is a silent killer of COVID-19 disease.

Abstract
Cryptocurrencies are decentralized digital currencies that have risen a lot in popularity in the past few years. These cryptocurrencies have skyrocketed in terms of price and volume as a result of the market^s excitement and trust in these so-called crypto because of their new capabilities that physical currencies (country-issued) do not have. To be able to predict these price fluctuations, two types of analysis must be performed, which are technical and fundamental analysis. This paper focuses on the fundamental analysis using Twitter social media market^s sentiment towards cryptocurrency prices. The implementation of VADER (Valence Aware Dictionary and sEntiment Reasoner) as sentiment analyst from real-time tweets can provide high confidence on short-term cryptocurrency price forecasting.

Abstract
The creation of digital exchanges and marketplaces can provide a safe trading platform for cryptocurrencies. The fluctuation of cryptocurrency prices offers some gains in cryptocurrency trading and investment. This paper aims at analyzing technical aspects of cryptocurrency prices by analyzing and forecasting the time series of cryptocurrency prices using the principles of statistical time series analysis and machine learning algorithms. The implementation of Facebook prophet time series forecasting model can supply the demands of reliable cryptocurrency forecasts for the traders or investors in better decision making and improved trading strategy.

Abstract
This research is limited to the adaptation of organizational communication during the Covid-19 pandemic in multinational companies in achieving corporate goals through intercultural communication, as well as how each individual reduces the barriers experienced when intercultural communication takes place. That is why this study will aim to describe the process of adaptation of intercultural communication during the Covid-19 period, and secondly to identify and find solutions to communication barriers experienced by the multinational organization Cochlear Asia Indonesian branch office, during the Covid-19 period. In order to achieve this goal, this research is planned to use qualitative methodology, and secondary data collection techniques, interviews, and secondary data documentation, which is planned to last for approximately five months with details of two months of field data collection using standard health procedures. one month of analysis and codification of the report, and preparation of the final report in the fifth month.

Abstract
This research is a part of banking marketing which aims to determine consumer perceptions of making return visits as a form of marketing strategy of increasing consumer behavioral intentions through improving the quality of banking services. The population in this study is banking customers in Sidoarjo. The data analysis technique used PLS Wrap 3.0 and used a questionnaire containing a list of questions. The results of the study state that consumer behavioral intentions can be increased through customer satisfaction and customer satisfaction depends on service quality, quality of savings and credit products and prices, which in turn leads to increased consumer behavioral intentions to make return visits to the bank. This study focuses more on managers and human resources in improving customer satisfaction and service quality in the strategy of attracting consumer to revisiting at the bank.

Abstract
Knowledge is the main asset of an organization in the form of banking. This study aims to use human resources effectively and productively in increasing competitiveness. In the current technological change, banks must strive to increase their competitive advantage through market differentiation by providing superior products and services. The population of this study was all BPR employees in Sidoarjo with an accidental sampling technique and data analysis using PLS Wrap 3.0 using research questionnaires. The results of this study are that employee productivity and innovation increase as a result of sharing knowledge, both tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge and experience to improving services in achieving competitive advantage.

Abstract
This research aimed to discover The Obstruction of WEB Based Information System Application on Palm Oil Tree Industry in North Sumatra. The variables of this research were independent variables (X) which consisted of Minimal Planning, Minimal Business Feasibility Study, Minimal Product Analysis, and Rigid Use of Technology, and dependent variable (Y) which was Effectiveness of Application of Information System, and Information Technology Infrastructure as moderating variable (Z). The data was collected using questionnaires. The number of questionnaires which could be followed up were 203 questionnaires. The hypothesis analysis employs Structural Equation Model (SEM) was assisted by SmartPLS software 3.0. The result of this research attests that the construct of Minimal Planning does not influence Effectiveness of Information System Application. The construct of Minimal Business Feasibility Study affects positively Effectiveness of Information System Application with parameter coefficient value at 0.226 and significance at 5%- the construct of Minimal Product Analysis affects positively successful use of accountancy application with parameter coefficient value at 0.606 and significance at 5%- the construct of Rigid Application of Information System affects positively Effectiveness of Information System Application with parameter coefficient value at 0.195 and significance at 5- and the construct of Information Technology Infrastructure affects negatively Effectiveness of Information System Application. The interaction constructs between Minimal Planning, Minimal Business Feasibility Study, Minimal Product Analysis, Rigid Use of Technology, and Information Technology Infrastructure do not affect Effectiveness of Information System Application. Therefore, those concludes that moderation connection does not occur or that Infrastructure construct is not moderation construct.

Abstract
The purpose of making this paper is so that readers can find out how the role of implementing computerized financial reports on regional exports is. The method we use is descriptive qualitative method. Qualitative descriptive method is research that explains phenomena based on existing theories as explanatory material and ends with a theory. The results that can be concluded are the government^s efforts to increase regional exports are: (1) export diversification (2) export subsidies (3) export premiums (4) devaluation (5) increasing trade promotion abroad (6) maintaining the stability of the Rupiah exchange rate against foreign currencies (7) entered into international economic cooperation agreements. As well as the function of good and neat financial reports, it is easier for us to manage business finances. To help make financial reports, can entrust it with the Journal. Through the Journal, we can make financial reports instantly and easily. Efforts to monitor business finances wherever and whenever so that they can focus more on developing the business.

Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to develop of cryptographic technology continues to grow in the presence of a cryptographic system that is able to hide messages in order to avoid the threat of cybercrime. This research uses descriptive and experimental research design. Experiment is to do the design and implementation of encryption and decryption systems as a description of the problem as well as the design of descriptive research that describes the problem by collecting written as literature references such as books, journals, sources from the internet and other forms of writing that deals with the issues raised. The analysis technique used systems using the system modeling tool Unified Modeling Language (UML) to describe cryptographic encryption and decryption system is built. This cryptographic applications designed using the programming language Visual Basic .Net 2010. This study was conducted to produce a draft of cryptographic software that makes it easy for users to perform secure data that is personal and public. The conclusion from the analysis is a system of cryptographic encryption and decryption can help the user to maintain the confidentiality of the document, document integrity, non-repudiation and authentication. Advice can be given that the author is still the need for modifications to the display application and development of the design of cryptographic systems in order to attract the user wishes to use this cryptographic application program.

Abstract
The COVID-19 pandemic is predicted to accelerate hospitality robotization, as the use of service robots facilitate not only social distancing policy but also contactless interaction between hotel guest and employees, hence reducing the risk of spreading. Investing in technology in hotel business, such as robots, appears to be a viable option for regaining customer trust and stimulating demand. This study investigated how the budget hotel initiative implementing Robots, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Service Automation, as mean of mitigating the risk of COVID-19, influences the costumers^ booking intention. An adapted Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) was developed in order to answer the research question and achieve the research objectives. There were 185 respondents involved in this study, and the data obtained were analyzed by using SmartPLS. The result indicated that the higher of consumers^ perception about technology usefulness, effectiveness and ease of use, the most likely the consumers to book a hotel room during COVID-19 pandemic. This study highlights that the hotel managers^ decisions to adopt various form of advanced technologies as initiatives to alleviate the risk of COVID-19 must be considered from the standpoint of the consumer.

Abstract
Singapore has undergone extraordinary economic development since its separation from Malaysia in 1965 to become an independent and sovereign state. The said autocratic governance has introduced some approaches to ensure its survival as a city state and sustainability of its economic development, notably through adopting the so-called state capitalism, open trade, and globalization. Relying on both primary and secondary data, this paper examines how far Singapore^s state capitalism has contributed to economic development of its neighboring countries, particularly Indonesia and Malaysia, by looking at their trade relations and flow of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI). It was found that Singapore^s remarkable growth and prominence in international arena is not only advantageous to its own state, but Singapore also spurs the economy of Indonesia and Malaysia by becoming one of the major trading partners and investors in the two countries.

Abstract
The purpose of this research is to analyze the Mobilization of Village Asset Management through Huyula BUMDes (Village Enterprises) on Increasing Village and Community Income in Hulawa Village, Telaga District, Indonesia. This descriptive and quantitative research found that planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling village assets through BUMDes did not increase community income. According to the hypothesis, mobilizing village asset management from planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling has a negative and insignificant effect on increasing community income, however has a positive and significant effect on increasing village income. Meanwhile, the simultaneous analysis shows that the mobilization of village asset management on village assets through BUMDes has a significant and positive response to the increasing village and community income, which is proven by the calculated F value > F table.

China, through the Belt Road Initiative (BRI) mega strategy, has involved in a lot of cooperation with other countries and also regions such as ASEAN. This paper aims to discuss the influence of China^s state capitalism in ASEAN region through China^s BRI investment strategy and the mastery of internet-based technology called the Digital Silk Road (DSR). Neo-Gramscian and Comparative Regionalism Theory are used to examine China^s foreign policy strategy and also to understand the evolving conditions of ASEAN. This study finds that China has successfully implemented its political economy strategy in the Southeast Asian region through the BRI infrastructure cooperation and the Digital Silk Road (DSR).

Abstract
The COVID-19 global pandemic created lots of uncertainties in business world. Fashion industry is one of the most impacted. Therefore, fashion business actors must be able to react in agile and decisive ways. In order to survive and grow amid these hard times, they need to recognize the challenges they are facing and creative enough to transform it into opportunities. This study conducted by relying on literature review approach. The type of data collected is secondary data gathered from various sources. Data extracted from online media with data criteria are taken from the official website and processed data from relevant sources. The findings show that there are four main aspects affected, challenges, and opportunities emerged by this pandemic.

Abstract
The Covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on the business world, not least the MSME industry which is the spearhead of the Indonesian economy. Many Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are small and medium scale in which they faced difficulties and accordingly many of them are forced to be closed during the pandemic. This paper aims to identify the challenges and opportunities faced by MSMEs and provide strategic advice to MSMEs to survive and develop during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study employed a literature review and qualitative method. This paper suggested a draft strategy that could be applied by MSMEs during the pandemic that is still unknown when it ends.

Abstract
SMEs are one of the most important economic sectors because of its contribution to the Indonesian economy. In the current era of the global economy, SMEs are required to make changes in order to increase its competitiveness. One of the important factors that will determine the power the competitiveness of SMEs is information technology (IT). This paper aims to identify the benefits of IT on SMEs in three different manufacturing subsectors, namely the textile and its products (TPT) industry, automotive components, and handicrafts-- as well as the driving and inhibiting factors for the adoption of IT in Indonesia. The research method used is interpretive research through literature from several journals. The results show that IT adoption in Indonesian SMEs has quite good (the majority of SMEs are already using IT) and its use varies according to the characteristics of each industrial sub-sector.

Abstract
Proactively and continuously achieving the Sustainable Goal Development (SDGs) target is a real form of Indonesia commitment for the success of this program as it is in alignment with Indonesia^s National Development Agenda and to support in achieving the 2030 Global Agenda. Indonesia has been progressing well since 2015. Unfortunately due to the COVID-19 since the end of 2019, there are challenges in some of the 17 goals that need to be managed by Indonesia. This result to the decline of the progress. Nevertheless, Indonesia is confident to handle the issues and be back on track again.

Abstract
The development of agro-industry in various parts of the world leaves an issue about environmental pollution caused by its production activities. One of the problems that concerns both developed and developing countries is agricultural waste which is closely related to the problem of food loss and food waste, in this case, vegetable and fruit waste. This article is based on a literature study. One suggested solution to be offered in this paper is agricultural waste processing by utilizing vegetable and fruit waste as environmentally friendly ^kraft^ paper bags based on mycelium of lingzhi mushroom (Ganoderma lucidum). New and improved techniques for agricultural waste recovery have been developed based on industrial innovation and high technology, which contribute to ensure resource efficiency, sustainable production and consumption and reduction of negative environmental impacts.production
