Abstract

In the implementation of educational activities, the completeness of the building as a support for educational activities is very important. One of the building components is the auditorium building/room. At the State Polytechnic of STAN, there is a building that is used as an auditorium or multi-purpose building. During its use, it certainly requires operational and maintenance costs. This study discusses the total operational and maintenance costs of the building, especially the damaged parts. The method used is a visual inspection of each part of the building to see which parts are damaged and conducting direct interviews to find out operational costs. From the results of the study conducted, this auditorium building suffered some damage in the stands and backstage space after a visual inspection so that the total cost required to replace the damaged section was 45,851,690 rupiahs and the total maintenance cost was 20,720,330,663 Rupiahs. so it can be concluded that to replace the damaged part is only a small part of the total maintenance cost.
