The Creation of Cohesiveness Factor in Teamwork via Electronic Module for Character Education

Abstract

This research^s objective is to obtain a comprehensive illustration of Binus university students^ cohesiveness in teamwork to produce an electronic module for online training in character education. The total respondents^ number are 113 from 4 departments. The study utilized surveys by questionnaires and processed by the quantitative method using the Likert scale and SPSS tool. The questionnaires are valid (corrected item-total correlation is 0.652 (> 0.250) and reliable (&#945-= 0.946). The results showed that a total of 93.3% of the total respondents were in higher level and 6.7% were in lower level for cohesiveness.
