Abstract
Education technology is a required competency for teachers in the twenty-first century. Discovery-Inquiry Learning Model combines the discovery learning model and the inquiry learning model to cultivate high order thinking skills (HOTs) students and think creatively and critically. The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of the hyper-content booklet of discovery-inquiry learning (DIL) models in MOEC^s Learning Portal. This study employs a qualitative approach. A survey was conducted to acquire data from a sample of 100 purposively selected teachers from 34 Indonesian provinces. The results demonstrate that the DIL hyper-content booklet in MOEC^s Learning Portal effectively helped teachers to utilize the MOEC learning portal and enhance teachers^ expertise in educational technology. Additionally, the product has successfully changed teachers^ attitudes toward using educational resources for their students and using innovative teaching approaches in their classrooms. The authors recommend additional research to evaluate the effect of using the guidance for portal learning application integrated with discovery-inquiry learning (DIL) models for students and educational society and expand the survey to a larger sample size to obtain a more comprehensive recommendation for quality improvement.
