Abstract
Abstract- This study aims to describe the various capabilities of the simmer package on R, especially in running a discrete event simulation model of circular sysitem, then develop a DES simulation model building technique, which is effective and can represent real systems well, and explore the simulation output on this simmer, both in statistical summary form and parameter estimation. The method used in this research is the literature study with descriptive and exploratory approaches. Model development is more effective when it is carried out starting from simple models, to more complex forms step by step, and describing the system using a flow chart. Replication for simulations is easy to perform, so as to get standard error values for model parameter estimators. The stages in developing a discrete event simulation model with a simmer, start with compiling a simple flowchart to a more complex form, and replication is carried out. The simmer output in the form of data frame makes it very easy to further process the output. The simple R API on simmer will also make it easier to simulate

Abstract
In 2018, Surabaya won The Guangzhou International Award 2018 for the ^Online Popular City^ category. The mayor did an excellent job of managing the city. Surabaya was a wonderful city. Nevertheless, various things can be improved further, such as its regional development. The initial step that could have been done is by mapping the city. To solve that problem, a method to do Surabaya^s mapping and to identify which sub-district has the best growth is required. In this research, the method used is the vertex coloring method-a part of graph coloring-with the Welch-Powell Algorithm. By using this method, the vertex (sub-district) that had many degrees will be found as the most strategic sub-districts. The author uses 31 nodes with 69 edges. From the tests that have been done, it is found that Wonokromo is the most strategic sub-district in Surabaya with eight edges and four colors (X(G) = 4) are obtained from the graph.

Abstract
Family Hope Program is one of government program since 2007. This is held to help underprivileged communities. Family Hope Program is is a cash compensation to the community, this program aims to improve the quality of life and minimize the level of poverty in Indonesia. Minister of Social Affairs Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia number 1 of 2018 Article 2 about Family Hope Program to improve the standard of living of beneficiary families through access to education, health and social welfare services, reducing spending and increasing the income of poor and vulnerable families. Pandeglang Regency is the second poorest Regency in Banten Province. However, in terms of determining the prospective recipients of the Family Hope Program, errors often occur or are not right on target in delivering the program, because the current system in Pandeglang Regency is still using a manual system starting from the initial data generation for validating prospective program participants to making reports. Therefore, it is necessary to apply a decision support system using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to facilitate the Social Service in Pandeglang Regency when determining prospective program recipients with the right target. The research was conducted by looking for the weight value for each alternative, then a calculation process was carried out to obtain the optimal alternative, to determine the prospective program recipients who deserved the grant.

Abstract
A smart home is a residence that connects a communication network with electrical equipment that can be controlled remotely. Houses in the age of advanced technology look less practical and effective in residential conditions. Ignorance of electricity such as residential lighting or other devices that are forgotten to be turned off when residents leave the house makes electricity consumption wasteful. Smart homes provide solutions that can be applied to these obstacles. In fact, smart homes can provide security and comfort in terms of room conditioning, such as neglecting electrical equipment. The criteria for an optimal smart home is that it must be reachable or remotely controlled. Android mobile technology and Google applications supported by voice command assistants can make it easier for users to control electrical equipment remotely. In this study, a smart home system will be created and demonstrated that can be controlled by voice using the ESP8266 Wi-Fi module for connection to the internet, NodeMCU ESP8266 as a microcontroller and also using the Google Assistant platform for voice recognition and Thingspeak as an IoT server. As a machine-to-machine (M2M) bridge between Google Assistant and Thingspeak, the IFTTT (if this than that) logical server is used.

Abstract
Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic is a global outbreak and causing the global economy hiccup. Researchers still need to contribute and continue doing the research with limited fund to deal with the COVID-19 problem. The government continues to remind people to follow the health protocols and encourage them to get the COVID-19 vaccine. E-flyer is one of the methods used to provide information to the public, however the challenges is how to find out which kind of e-flyer can attract people^s attention. fMRI is a good device for capturing human brain activity but expensive, so it will be difficult to be used in this challenging situation. We propose a less expensive solution design by using EEG and eye tracker based on customer neuroscience approach. The combination of EEG and eye tracker can help determine brain activity very well to find out what kind of COVID-19 e-flyer can attract people^s attention.

Abstract
Abstract-In the midst of the current corona pandemic, considerably changes human lifestyles. What was formerly done face-to-face must now be done virtually. This has an influence not only on lifestyle but also on the governing system, especially in Malang city, Indonesia. The government is heavily utilizing technology in order to keep community services functioning smoothly, while still adhering to health regulations. Unfortunately, in the Malang and Surabaya cities, the use of this technology has not been fairly divided by each region. This is the background for each and every small aspect of this government, including the independence of the neighbourhood & hamlet. Because all recording, reporting, and monitoring are still done traditionally, this management level on the neighbourhood & hamlet scale is generally a scourge for them. Furthermore, in the midst of an outbreak like this, the residents, neighbourhoods, and hamlets are worried about having interaction face to face on a regular basis. On the one hand, it must retain credibility as the public^s guardian- on the other hand, the COVID-19 outbreak places restrictions on it. This is the backdrop for researchers to conduct a preliminary study of the O-SEMAR (Smart Integrated System for neighbourhood & hamlet) prototype using Web apps in the Purwodadi Malang and Sukolilo Surabaya urban villages. The methods used are deep interview (qualitative) and Pearson correlation analysis (quantitative), while the design used is use case diagrams and class diagrams. The expert will then examine the feature results to verify and validate them. These features include facilitating resident administration, such as reporting citizens, village fees, citizen administration logs, and citizen announcements, starting with sending letters to neighbourhood, hamlet, and continuing until the letter is ready to be taken. The O-Semar prototype has several features to make public services more accessible with minimal engagement (contactless

Abstract
Mathla^ul Anwar University allocates funds to provide tuition assistance / scholarshscore to students whose parents are economically disadvantaged to pay for college, as well as to provide scholarshscore to students who have achievements, both in academic and non-academic fields. The scholarship assistance program must be carried out by referring to several principles, namely right on target, right amount, and on time. In order for the distribution of this scholarship to be right on target, the selection of prospective scholarship recipients will use the Fuzzy Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) method. This method was chosen because it is able to select the best alternative from a number of alternatives, in this case the intended alternative is to determine prospective scholarship recipients with diverse backgrounds including parental income/salary in a month, number of dependents in a family, status of parents from the student who is the recipient of the relevant scholarship, the current semester^s achievement index value, and the student^s cumulative achievement index, each of which has criteria with different weights, this will certainly complicate decision making to determine effective solutions so that the scholarship award is right on target, in the right amount, and on time, as well as the process for selecting prospective scholarship recipients can be carried out easily and quickly accompanied by accurate data.

Abstract
Computer Vision Syndrome (CVS) it is also known as digital eye strain. American Optometric Association (AOA) define it as a group of problems related to vision and eyes caused by prolonged use of gadgets. Among the causes of CVS are poor lighting and glare on digital screens. Adjusting lighting can reduce glare on the screen and improve visual comfort and eye performance. Conversely, if we use a smartphone screen that is too bright in a dimmer room will accelerate fatigue in the eyes. Habits of smartphone users who use it without regard to the brightness level of the room that can increase the risk of exposure to CVS. The purpose of this research is to early warning the risk of exposure to CVS. This research builds a mobile application as a reminder that the brightness level of the room is below the standard range set by OSHA, NEQS, and PERMENKES No.70 of 2016 which is at least 250 lx and 300 lx. Blackbox test results showed that apps can run without error, and functionality test results show that apps can warn if the brightness level of the room is below 250 lux and exceeds 1000 lux.

Abstract
The problem of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is currently experiencing a rapid increase in all ages of the human population. Early detection and treatment of this neurological disease are very helpful in maintaining mental and physical health. Detection of ASD is a challenge because there are several other mental disorders whose symptoms are so similar to those of ASD that it becomes a difficult task. The speed and efficiency of the diagnosis of human health problems are very important. In Autism, the big challenge faced in many health care conditions is the timing of diagnosis. It can take up to 6 months to diagnose a child with autism with certainty due to the long process, and a child has to see many different specialists diagnose autism, from a developmental paediatrician, neurologist, psychiatrist or psychologist. In today^s traditional way, the time it takes to complete a diagnosis of autism is relatively long. With the widespread application of machine learning-based models in the prediction of various human diseases, early detection of ASD based on various health and physiological parameters has become possible. Many classification algorithms can apply to predict the presence of ASD. Each classifier is different in how it collects data, data filter, extract features, and uses this process to enter a model for study. In this study, the effectiveness of several machine learning algorithms to evaluate the predictive effectiveness of ASD. This research proposes the application of the stacking technique to predict the presence of ASD. Stacking is an efficient ensemble method, in which predictions are generated by combining several different machine learning algorithms. This research has shown that ASD prediction applying a stacking technique can provide better performance than applying single classifier.

Abstract
Coronary heart disease has become one of the leading causes of death worldwide, and coronary heart disease mortality has increased from year to year. Early detection of coronary heart disease and by performing manual health risk assessments. Has less comprehensive data about relevant risk factors and has limited ability to predict the risk of developing coronary heart disease in Indonesia. Opportunities for machine learning appear to be enormous in computer-assisted Parkinson^s classification and can reduce inevitable misdiagnosis and variability in healthcare, provide guidance (in the absence of a specialist) and quick decision-makers. Many models have been introduced in the literature to diagnose coronary heart disease using various machine learning algorithms, but have not produced a perfect performance with a variety of training data. The use of the Decision Tree has been used successfully for medical prediction and reliable decision-making techniques. The prediction results using the Decision Tree are not perfect because they still contain prediction errors. So that in this study proposed the application of AdaBoost to reduce prediction errors. In general, the Boosting algorithm is better than Bagging, but not evenly good. AdaBoost could theoretically be used significantly to reduce the errors of some learning algorithms which consistently resulted in better classifier performance. Based on the experiments conducted, the application of AdaBoost can improve the performance of the Decision Tree in predicting coronary heart disease.

Abstract
Parkinson^s disease is a neurological disease that is second only to Alzheimer^s disease and a complete treatment has not been found until now. It is necessary to slow the progression of this disease, as there is no cure for Parkinson^s. To slow the progression of Parkinson^s disease requires early diagnosis. However, the diagnosis of this disease cannot be made by laboratory tests. The traditional diagnosis is not suitable for early detection of Parkinson^s because it requires a lot of observation regarding daily activities, skills and other neurological parameters to assess the progression of Parkinson^s disease. Based on previous research, it has been found that Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning have good classification potential and the classification system can improve the accuracy and reliability of diagnosis and also minimize errors and a more efficient system. The use of the Decision Tree has been used successfully for medical prediction and reliable decision-making techniques. The prediction results using the Decision Tree are still not perfect, so in this study, it is proposed to apply the bagging technique to reduce errors. Bagging is a simple but effective ensemble method that has been applied to many real-world applications. Bagging is an ensemble method that is widely applied to classification algorithms, to increase the accuracy of classifiers by combining single classifiers, and the results are better than random sampling. The experimental results show that the bagging technique can improve the performance of the Parkinson prediction model based on the Decision Tree.

Abstract
Indonesia has a fairly high number of diabetic patients. Diabetes is a long-term chronic disease characterized by increased blood sugar (glucose) levels exceeding normal values. Diabetes that is not treated at an early stage can lead to complications of the disease. Diagnosing diabetes needs to be done to detect the disease early, so that the risk of diabetes can be anticipated early. Diabetes is influenced by many factors, so to make a diagnosis requires a complex analysis. An early prediction model for the possibility of developing diabetes using machine learning has been proposed. Some of the proposed models have not produced perfect prediction performance. Decision Tree is a simple classification algorithm but can provide a fairly good predictive model performance. Several publications show that Boosting technique can reduce single classifier algorithm errors. In this experiment, it is proposed to apply the Boosting technique to reduce the prediction model error based on Decision Tree. The experimental results show that the diabetes prediction model using the Decision Tree algorithm can be improved using the Boosting technique.
