Abstract
Using a qualitative systematic review method, we identify the factors for evaluating firm digital marketing adoption under the CCP framework. The Publish or Perish application is used to choose literature, while the Voyant-Tools application is used to search for connections between texts within and between pieces of literature. The CCP framework^s knowledge translation reveals that in order to achieve digital marketing capability, customer value, and business performance, the organization must have adequate resources to gain competitive intensity through successful digital transformation, digital servitization, and digital marketing training. Furthermore, knowledge translation concludes that the level of digital marketing adoption is determined by resources-based approach, competition-based approach, and dynamic capability-based approach. Based on the findings of this study, we developed the Firm Digital Marketing Adoption Evaluation Model (F-DMAEM).

Abstract
The new challenges caused by globalization and technological advancements cause companies and entrepreneurs to think of new ways to compile a business marketing strategy or steps to build products. With the openness of the information, customers have formed their expectations over quality, service, and flexibility of supply. This causes businesses to no longer only offer products to solve customer problems but switches to offering products that understand consumers^ real desires and needs as a starting point then in the end adjusted to the company^s values and strategies. Although there have been several studies about Customer Development, this study is one of the few that focus only on Customer Discovery. As the first step of Customer Development, Customer Discovery focuses on understanding the customer problems, getting their feedback, and revising the business ideas to create customer-needed products. We propose a framework that outlines the steps of customer discovery in developing new products that can be followed by company. Based on a case study of e-commerce in Bogor, Bibikost, this paper illustrates the framework and benefits of implementing Customer Discovery in building business success strategies.

State Corporatism, Infrastructure Development and Inward Looking Indonesian State Owned Enterprises Dayu Nirma Amurwanti, Lili Yulyadi Arnakim, Roseno Aji Affandi
Bina Nusantara University
Abstract
Being one of the largest economies in South East Asia, Indonesia strives hard to close its infrastructure gap. After his reelection in 2019, President Joko Widodo announced the ambitious US 412 billion infrastructure plan, where 40% is expected to the funded out of the state budget, 25% from State Owned Enterprises (SOEs) and the remaining from the private sector. SOEs have traditionally played important role in Indonesias development, particularly in infrastructure. The massive nationalization of Dutch companies immediately after Indonesias independence, granting of monopolistic privileges during the New Order in 1967 - 1997 had spurred growth and expansion of State Owned Enterprises (SOE) roles. While number of SOEs after the 1997 crisis have declined due to corporate consolidations, few infrastructure SOEs have experienced higher ratio of assets to Gross Domestic Product (GDP) along with a boost of investment in infrastructure. Despite the rise in investment, the SOEs financial performance, however has not improved, strengthening the belief that SOEs have been forced to deliver political promises without the ability to assert its own economic viability calculations. Subordination of enterprises under the control of the state is often called as state corporatism, which is not unique to Indonesia. There are views drawing parallel to Chinas state corporatism - where the state is the dominant force in propelling the nations impressive growth. This paper argues that the difference between Chinese infrastructure based SOEs and Indonesian SOEs lies with their domestic focus. Indonesian SOEs are inward looking. This is derived from comparing selected SOEs governance, financing, and political alignment with the government.

Spreading Information Online that Contain Hate or Hostility and Ethnicity, Religion, Race and Inter Group Relations (SARA) Issues in Criminal Law Ahmad Sofian, Batara Mulia Hasibuan, Alfia
Department of Business Law, Faculty Humanities, BINUS University
Abstract
The spread of online content containing hate and hostility and Ethnicity, Religion, Race and Inter Group Relations (SARA) issues has increased tremendously. The internet is being misused either intentionally or unintentionally to carry out these crimes. This act was then prohibited in Article 28 of the Electronic Information and Transactions (ITE) Law. The provision of Article 28 Paragraph (2) of the ITE Law raises pros and cons in relation to its regressive legal politics and human rights policies which are deemed backward, due to this article only being beneficial for the government because it provides protection for them. This article is also considered detrimental because it deprives freedom of expression and opinion. This is due to the article having multiple interpretations and overlapping legal standing with other legal regulations. This research is intended to provide an objective interpretation, so that there is a juridical limitation on what is classified as an act of spreading electronic information that contains hatred, hostility or SARA. Thus, people can still freely express their opinions, but the law shall also provide firm and clear restrictions on prohibited content that does not raise various interpretations among law enforcers.

BINUS University
Abstract
The need for the internet with its technological advantages has become a primary human need in the digital era. Human life is highly dependent on technology. The human need for technology to communicate and share information is no less important than the human need for food and clothing. Human activities in Limited Liability Companies, especially during the Covid 19 pandemic, forced the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) to be held using teleconference technology as the medium. Although this method is the best option, there are three problems in its implementation. First, the GM^s teleconference is held when the shareholders are not in the same place and not physically attended by all members of the meeting so that the minutes of the GMS cannot be signed. Second, the teleconference GMS can also create problems if the shareholders are outside Indonesia^s territory. If the shareholders are proven to have electronically signed the signature outside the territory of Indonesia, the GMS will be null and void. Third, the incompleteness of shareholder participants attending the general meeting of shareholders via teleconference. It will have an impact on the voting of the shareholders in the GMS via teleconference. Based on the three problems above, there is still a problem with information disclosure in the GMS conducted by teleconference. This study attempts to analyse and answer the three issues above by comparing them with practices that that have been carried out in Australia.

BINUS University
Abstract
Information and communication technology is developing rapidly at this time. Technology has a significant influence on human life and encourages social change and economic development. One aspect of promoting economic growth is the banking sector. Technological developments that affect human lifestyles make banking institutions also encourage following the flow of development to support economic development. Banking institutions must also adapt by providing facilities that can do digitally. The use of the internet in the banking world began by offering facilities such as mobile banking, internet banking, SMS banking, and most recently, providing digital account opening services, making it easier for customers to carry out banking activities. In carrying out their activities, banks must maintain personal data and keep all information related to their customers^ finances confidential. However, with current technological developments, there are many problems where customer personal data is disseminated and traded, resulting in losses for customers and can lead to customer distrust of banks. Technological developments that affect the banking sector must be balanced with regulations as a legal umbrella in implementing their activities. With solid regulation, banks are expected to pay close attention to and protect the confidentiality of customers^ data so that it does not occur in the future. Based on the background described above, the authors want to examine more deeply the form of legal protection against the confidentiality of bank customers^ data, which is carried out digitally.

Universitas Muhammadiyah Gorontalo
Abstract
The pentahelix concept is a multi-stakeholder concept involving elements of the government, academia, business actors, the community or commodities, and the media is an ideal model in building collaboration to unify the vision for a new life (New Normal) in the current Covid-19 pandemic era. The pentahelix concept is ideally applied on a village-based basis. Gorontalo, especially Gorontalo Regency, which is an area affected by Covid-19, has made efforts through the establishment of an institution called the Covid-19 task force down to the village level.
The purpose of this research is to remap how the pentahelix concept should be implemented in the Covid-19 era, especially in the village that is the locus of research, namely Huntulohulawa Village, Bongomeme District, Gorontalo Regency.
The results of the study found that the practice of new normal life in dealing with new life in the Covid-19 era in Huntulohulawa Village, Bongomeme District, Gorontalo Regency had been carried out using village resources facilitated by the village government. However, in the course of the institution, it did not run optimally. It is recommended the need to strengthen existing institutions by using the Pentahelix Model in cultivating a new life in the Covid-19 era by uniting all components owned, namely local governments (Health Office to Public Health Centers, Sub-districts, TNI/Polri), business communities in villages, academics, media and society. Therefore, the most ideal concept is needed to be applied in cultivating the community in living a new life in all forms of community activities in the Covid-19 Era.

universitas muhammadiyah banten
Abstract
Employee performance is always expected to be good, in terms of quality and quantity. To get good performance results, it must be supported by setting goals and proper work planning. The purpose of setting performance goals is to develop useful goals as guidelines for achieving company goals. Many factors can affect employee performance, one of which is work discipline. The population and sample in this study were employees of PT. X with 79 respondents. The type of data is primary data. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used was linear regression analysis, correlation, coefficient of determination and significance test (t test). Based on the results of the validity and reliability tests on the variables of work discipline and employee performance, all variables were declared valid and reliable, this is because r count is greater than r table. The result of the linear regression calculation is that the equation Y = 7.245 + 0.653 X means that the performance of employees of PT. X is 7,245 units, with this assumption that work discipline is constant, while the coefficient of work discipline (X) is 0.653, this result proves that employee performance will significantly increase by 65.3% if the work discipline of employees at PT. X increased by 1%. From the calculation of correlation analysis, the value of r of 0.675 means that there is a strong relationship between the variables of work discipline and employee performance, while the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.456. This shows the understanding that employee performance (Y) is influenced by 45.6% by work discipline (X), while the remaining 54.4% is influenced by other factors. From the results of hypothesis testing, it can be concluded that H0 is rejected while H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a significant role between work discipline in improving employee performance at PT. X.
