Abstract
This research begins with the importance of teachers and students to understand digital pedagogy. Digital pedagogy is not only about technology but also things that can be done by utilizing technology to support the learning process. The digital technology used is associated with preparing students to improve learning outcomes and the use of this technology can provide opportunities for a learner-centred learning approach. So far, teachers have used digital technology for online learning such as using Google Classroom, Whatsapp, Edmodo, Zoom Cloud Meeting, Google Meet, and others. In addition, teachers have also used YouTube in finding suitable media. But the weakness of teachers in teaching is that they have not maximized the use of this technology as a learning medium. This research is a descriptive qualitative research using a validation sheet. The results of this study indicate that the validation test with a score of 93.33 with a valid category. This concludes that the LMS validation in the digital class is valid. The implication of this research is that it can be used as a reference in achieving digital pedagogy in learning in elementary schools.

Abstract
The construction of high-rise buildings has a higher risk of work accidents, namely falling from a height that results in death or disability. The cause can be caused by unsafe acts and unsafe conditions, so control is needed to be detected for identification and analysis to obtain prevention and control. Based on the results of preliminary studies by conducting interviews, observations and questionnaires on six high-rise building construction projects in East Jakarta. Two projects were identified as unsafe action and unsafe condition which are more risky than other projects, one of which has a larger number of towers and the other has a higher number of floors. Thus, an analysis of the risk of work accidents that occur is required. The analysis was carried out using the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method to determine the risk of high occupational accidents. The purpose of the study is to obtain accident risk management that has been analyzed based on the level of risk that has been measured. The method in this study uses descriptive quantitative proximity. Based on the results of the rpn value calculation, three levels of the highest risk of work accidents were obtained in the Pulo Jahe Flats Construction Project and the PIK Pulo Gadung Phase II Flats Construction Project, namely on finishing work and formwork work. Therefore, there are various preventive measures for work accidents, to minimize the risk of work accidents that may occur or recur.

Abstract
The aims of study to describe the resistance of water spinach (Ipomoea aquatica (L.) Buch) for remediation of lead polluted water, based on rate growth rate (RGR), lead content in plant, and percentage of free amino acids. Plants of equal size was grown hydroponically and exposed to 0, 1, 5, 10 mgL-1 of lead concentration for 10 days, 20 days, and 30 days. Design of experiment used a completely randomized design with 3 replications. Content of lead in each plant tissues was analyzed by Inductively Coupled Plasma (ICP) and free amino acids was analyzed by HPLC (High Pressure Liquid Chromatography). Data of lead content in plant were analyzed by Anova, while free amino acids was analyzed by descriptive statistic. The results show that water spinach could grow well in lead polluted water. The bioaccumulation factor of plant were >1 with the translocation factor <1 indicated that plant are resistant to lead. This resistance is proved by the increasing of the total protein 0.60- 0.76- 0.79- and 0.94. These three free amino acids indicate the phytochelatin which is detected glutamic acid, cystine and glycine.

Abstract
During a new start-up or regular maintenance of an anaerobic reactor for biowaste, the anaerobic sludge (as an inoculum) is stored in different containers (not in the reactor). To reduce the costs, the storage of the anaerobic sludge is mostly carried out at ambient temperature and not exclusively under anaerobic conditions. After the startup or re-startup, the anaerobic sludge needs time to regain its activity to degrade organic matters from biowaste. The objectives of this research are to examine the methanogenic activity of the anaerobic sludge that has been stored at room temperature for different length of storage time and to determine the acid formation profile of the different substrates such as different types of carbohydrates and organic waste to evaluate the reactivation process of the anaerobic sludge. From this research, some conclusions can be drawn such as unstrictly anaerobic storage at ambient temperature is not really a problem for anaerobic sludge. Although loss of activity is to be expected, the aerobic condition does not totally hinder the activity of the sludge even with longer storage time. There are considerable differences in the substrate used in the re-startup of anaerobic reactor. From the substrates used in this experiment, glucose and organic waste gave the highest methanogenic activity.

Developing e-Modul of Disaster Mitigation for Students in Elementary School Risda Amini1, a), M. Habibi2, a), Yullys Helsa3, a), Sartono4,a)
Universitas Negeri Padang
Abstract
This research is motivated by the geographical and physiographical conditions of the area in West Sumatra and its surroundings. West Sumatra is an area traversed by two large faults due to the movement of the Eurasian and Indo-Australian tectonic plates. The collision of the two plates occurred in the western part of the Mentawai Islands. Earthquakes and volcanic eruptions are associated with plate movements, such as earthquakes and volcanic activity, so that in West Surnatera province, especially the city of Padang, it is known as the ^super market mitigation^. This condition clearly raises the possibility of an earthquake. In particular, the city of Padang may be accompanied by a tsunami because it is located on the coast. Meanwhile, elementary school students in the two areas still lacked supplies and rescued themselves from disasters that could not be predicted with certainty. This can be seen from the learning curriculum in elementary schools which has not touched on these problems. So far, disaster mitigation programs have only focused on adults on the grounds that adults play a greater role in disaster management. Even though children really need this. Because they lack knowledge, do not understand what to do when a disaster strikes. Disaster response attitudes need to be instilled from an early age so that disaster response characters are formed so that they are no longer afraid, let alone phobias. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to develop an ethnoscience-based digital disaster mitigation module that is integrated in learning so that elementary school students in the city of Padang have a disaster response attitude. The module is designed in digital form to be more interactive and practical when used. So that the concept of this research is clear, the ethnoscience model is added in mitigation efforts. It is intended that the activities carried out are close to the lives of students and according to the context of local wisdom so that they are easy

Does the COVID-19 Pandemic Affect the Transparency of Indonesian Industrial Company in Managing Energy, Water, Carbon Emissions, and Wastes? Heri Yanto, Maryati
Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Semarang
E-mail: heri.yanto[at]mail.unnes.ac.id
Abstract
The COVID-19 pandemic affected Indonesia^s economic growth which was marked by an economic growth of -2.1% in 2020. This economic contraction also affected the growth of industrial companies in Indonesia in the same year by -2.93%. These minus growths are also likely to reduce the transparency quality of industrial companies in managing their environmental impacts. This study aims to identify the effect of COVID-19 on the transparency of industrial companies in managing energy, water, carbon emissions, and waste. By analyzing the financial statements of 125 industrial companies operating in Indonesia, it was found that there was a significant decrease in the number of industrial companies reporting on energy, water, carbon emissions, and waste management in their annual reports. The number of companies reporting energy and water management decreased significantly during the pandemic, while the decline in the number of companies reporting carbon and waste emissions was not statistically significant. The Ministry of Forestry and Environment and the Indonesian Institute of Accountants need to require all companies to disclose environmental reports in their financial statements.

SPATIO TEMPORAL ANALYSIS OF URBAN HEAT STRESS USING MULTISPECTRAL DATA Yudi Antomia, (a) and Fajrin (b)
Universitas Negeri Padang, Indonesia (a)
Institut Teknologi Padang, Indonesia (b)
Abstract
The effect of urbanization on the future atmospheric environment of cities around the world remains uncertain in the context of climate change. Using temperature measures can be analyzed how changes in the thermal environment can affect human well-being. The study aims to support city planning authorities in the study of urban heat stress hazards. Therefore, land surface temperatures (LST), as well as Physiological Equivalent Temperature (PET), are applied to take into account the spatial distribution of heat stress. Heat stress conditions are mapped and generated by connecting land surface temperatures with PET values. Landsat 7 ETM+ and Landsat 8 OLI/TIRS remote sensing data are used to capture LST, and PET categories are used to assess heat stress based on LST. Based on the results of the spatial analysis shows there is an increase in the hazard of spatiotemporal heat stress in Padang city, in the year 2007 the highest LST reached 300C in the category of Moderate Heat Stress with an area of 1.2 hectares, but in the year 2017, the highest temperature reached 330C with a wide area of Moderate Heat Stress reaching 730.98 hectares. These results demonstrate the need for mitigating heat stress through the city^s green open spaces.
