Abstract : Development and implementation of web-based learning media can be carried out properly if there are human resources of adequate quality, in order to improve services that are fast, cheap, reliable and affordable by students. One of the efforts that need to be made in improving the quality of learning is through the creation and development of programs related to web-based learning media.
This study aims to produce appropriate Web-based learning media products as a medium for delivering Micro Learning courses for students in the Information and Communication Technology Education study program, Faculty of Engineering, Manado State University. This research is a type of research and development with reference to the model developed by Borg and Gall (1983). The product in the form of software is validated by one material expert and one media expert before being tested on students. The trial consisted of three students in an individual trial session, 10 students in a small group trial, and 30 students in a field trial. Three questionnaires were used to collect data: first, material expert feasibility test, second, media expert eligibility test, and third, student eligibility test. Based on the results of the assessment of media experts, material experts and students, it can be stated that the developed Web-based learning media is good and suitable to be used to teach Micro Learning courses.
