Abstract

E-learning is a system that is used in the teaching and learning process at this time. the use of e-learning is increasing with the current situation, namely the pandemic period that makes students and lecturers use this system to carry out learning activities. This study aims to identify the level of user satisfaction of the e-learning system at Universitas Islam Riau during a pandemic. This study uses a quantitative method using the EUCS model. The population in this study were Universitas Islam Riau students with a total sample of 100 respondents. sampling using Simple Random Sampling technique. Data analysis using PLS-SEM with SmartPLS 3.0. The results obtained from this study indicate that the hypothesis that has been designed from the student^s perspective is found one hypothesis that has no significant effect.
