Agricultural Waste Processing for Sustainable Agricultural Product Supply Chain (Literature Study) School of Business, IPB University, Bogor, Indonesia Abstract The development of agro-industry in various parts of the world leaves an issue about environmental pollution caused by its production activities. One of the problems that concerns both developed and developing countries is agricultural waste which is closely related to the problem of food loss and food waste, in this case, vegetable and fruit waste. This article is based on a literature study. One suggested solution to be offered in this paper is agricultural waste processing by utilizing vegetable and fruit waste as environmentally friendly ^kraft^ paper bags based on mycelium of lingzhi mushroom (Ganoderma lucidum).
