Abstract
The purpose of this research is to analyze the Mobilization of Village Asset Management through Huyula BUMDes (Village Enterprises) on Increasing Village and Community Income in Hulawa Village, Telaga District, Indonesia. This descriptive and quantitative research found that planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling village assets through BUMDes did not increase community income. According to the hypothesis, mobilizing village asset management from planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling has a negative and insignificant effect on increasing community income, however has a positive and significant effect on increasing village income. Meanwhile, the simultaneous analysis shows that the mobilization of village asset management on village assets through BUMDes has a significant and positive response to the increasing village and community income, which is proven by the calculated F value > F table.
