Abstract
Knowledge is the main asset of an organization in the form of banking. This study aims to use human resources effectively and productively in increasing competitiveness. In the current technological change, banks must strive to increase their competitive advantage through market differentiation by providing superior products and services. The population of this study was all BPR employees in Sidoarjo with an accidental sampling technique and data analysis using PLS Wrap 3.0 using research questionnaires. The results of this study are that employee productivity and innovation increase as a result of sharing knowledge, both tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge and experience to improving services in achieving competitive advantage.
