The Impact of Gojek Application to University Students

Abstract

Current advancements of information technologies have enabled the provisions of transportation, food delivery, telemedicine entertainment, and other services to be available online via a mobile application. One example of the mobile application providing these services is Gojek application. This paper aims at determination of the factors affecting the usage of such application by the university students. The UTAUT 2 model was utilized, and the response data was analyzed using PLS-SEM method. The results indicate that several variables have significant positive relationships from Habit and Hedonic Motivation to Behavioral Intention, and have a high confidence on the impact of Behavioral Intention towards Use Behavior.
