Abstract
Critical Success Factors (CRFs) is one of many important issues in Digital Government implementation to be successful and avoid failure. Critical Success Factors plays a crucial role in Digital Government implementation. In the last decades, various Critical Success Factors have been introduced by scholars for the establishment of Digital Government. However, there still no agreement on Digital Government CRFs concepts required in Digital Government implementation. To more thoroughly examine the Digital Government Critical Success Factors introduced in this article, we collected 40 papers published between 2009 and 2021 retrieved from scopus databases. We followed steps by other scholar as guidelines in general for research. Following guidelines, we created research question and use an approach based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria to meet research goal. Our study found Digital Government Critical Success Factors. These CRFs are meant to improve the design of future Digital Government systems and applications. Furthermore, there a need for designing a Critical Success Factors reference to provide government organizations with the best practice knowledge for Digital Government implementation.
