Abstract

This research is limited to the adaptation of organizational communication during the Covid-19 pandemic in multinational companies in achieving corporate goals through intercultural communication, as well as how each individual reduces the barriers experienced when intercultural communication takes place. That is why this study will aim to describe the process of adaptation of intercultural communication during the Covid-19 period, and secondly to identify and find solutions to communication barriers experienced by the multinational organization Cochlear Asia Indonesian branch office, during the Covid-19 period. In order to achieve this goal, this research is planned to use qualitative methodology, and secondary data collection techniques, interviews, and secondary data documentation, which is planned to last for approximately five months with details of two months of field data collection using standard health procedures. one month of analysis and codification of the report, and preparation of the final report in the fifth month.
