Abstract
Digital literature is a genre of literature, encompassing works of literature produced on and for digital devices or media, such as a computer, tablets, and mobile phones. Its handy characteristics enable this genre to be read and enjoyed everywhere especially when it has been already uploaded as a digital site. Such literary works may not provide general characteristics as those of works written on paper. The only thing that differentiates this is that it is exclusively created on digital devices. Since the academic world also heads toward paperless materials, digital literature may offer specific approaches on how to read and analyze it. The present paper explores the challenges, constraints, and lookouts on how to view digital literature as digital sites encompassing some new approaches of literary and cultural studies where they could be employed to analyze the digital literary texts. Some ideas which are offered and discussed in the paper will significantly contribute to the development of literary analysis and criticism in the digital turn.

Universitas Muhammadiyah Tasikmalaya
Abstract
Online learning during the pandemic has become a new learning model for the majority of students and lecturers in tertiary institutions, as well as in the BK study program Universitas Muhammadiyah Tasikmalaya (UMTAS). This can be seen from the existence of student questions regarding the learning system or delivery of material via Online to the lecturer. This study aims to describe the learning difficulties of BK students based on gender during the Covid 19 pandemic. The research method used is descriptive method. The subjects of this study were students of class 2017-2020. The instrument used was a learning difficulty instrument. The result shows that there are no male students with low learning difficulties category, while about 8.06% of female students fall into the low learning difficulty category. There are about 19.35% male students being moderate and about 68.55% female students included in the moderate learning difficulty category. There are about 4.23% male students and only about 0.81% (1 person) female who fall into the category of high learning difficulties. The average score for the category of female students who have low learning difficulties is 3,120, this condition cannot be compared with male students because none of them fall into the low learning difficulty category. It can be predicted that the learning difficulty of male students in the moderate category is greater than that of female students. Conversely, it can be predicted that the learning difficulties of female students in the high category are greater than that of male students.

NATIONAL POLICY OF INCLUSIVE FINANCIAL STABILITY TO INCREASE ECONOMIC GROWTH OF DISTRICT / CITY IN THE PROVINCE OF WEST JAVA (2015-2017) a. Nur Azmi Karim and b. Dimas Yudistira Nugraha
a and b : Entrepreneurship Departement, Binus Bussiness School Undergraduate Program, Bina Nusantara University Bandung Campus, Bandung, Indonesia, 40181
Abstract
This study is to determine the effect of financial inclusion on the economic growth of districts / cities in West Java Province from 2015 to 2017. The research data is secondary data collected from several sources, namely Bank Indonesia, Statistics Bulletin, Regional Economic Studies Bulletin (BPS) in various editions. . The method used to analyze the data is the Panel Data Regression method using the Eviews 10 analysis tool. The purpose of this paper is to determine the magnitude of the influence of financial inclusion and the level of education on economic growth. Access variable is measured from the number of bank offices per 100,000 population, usage variable is measured from third party fund accounts per 1,000 population, education level is measured from the education index, and economic growth is measured by GRDP. All variables at the district / city level in West Java Province. The main finding of this study is that access is very influential on economic growth where if public access increases by 1 bank office per 100,000 population it will increase economic growth by 6%. Even though the use variable is in a positive direction with economic growth, the effect is not significant, meaning that an increase in the number of TPF accounts has no effect on increasing economic growth. While the education variable shows a different direction, meaning that if the education level of the district / city community in West Java Province is more than the SMA level does not significantly affect the decline in economic growth, meaning that economic growth is not determined based on the level of education.

Bina Nusantara University
Abstract
The growing technologically-assisted humanoids to assist human activities and the growth of citizen^s multiple identities have undoubtedly required today^s generation to be able to rightly cope with plurality of perspectives, to have a sense of responsibility toward diversity, and to have awareness of interdependence among diverse individuals and systems to generate a principled decision making. Thus, one newly required universal competence contributing to the success of this is pluricultural competence (or CQ=Cultural Quotient). In education, one way to cultivate CQ is through the teaching and learning of Multicultural Literature (ML). This is a qualitative research of Indonesian and Taiwanese university students^ perspectives toward diversity and the role of multicultural literature. Questionnaires were distributed to get the students^ responses toward two multicultural poems and their opinions on the contribution of ML in preparing their future as a globalized citizen. The result shows that ML can significantly contribute to prepare students to become pluri-culturally intelligent global citizens to navigate diversity with their pluricultural competence.

WORKPLACE ENGLISH LEARNING FOR ACADEMIC OPERATION STAFF IN AN INDONESIAN UNIVERSITY Esti Rahayu, Chandra Wiharja, Christine Pauline
Universitas Bina Nusantara
Abstract
The increasing number of global challenges tertiary education require the university employees to have English competency, including the administration staff or academic operation staff (AOS). The aim of the paper is twofold. Firstly, to gain a better understanding of their perspectives of academic operation staff (AOS) in upskilling themselves in the workplace, specifically in their English competence. Secondly, to determine the suitable materials for their English learning in their workplace. Both purposes are related to English for Occupational Purposes (EOP). EOP has been under researched compared to English for Academic Purpose (EAP) although they are in the same umbrella of English for Specific Purposes (ESP). The lack of EOP for AOS remains unsolved, a situation which justifies this study. This case study data collection was conducted in the private university in Indonesia between March and July 2020 through four online meetings through open-ended interview. Thematic data analysis followed the procedures of Braun and Clarke. Some common themes emerged from the interview to answer the first and second questions. For the first questions, there are two themes emerged. The first one is practical motivation and the second one is the positive attitudes towards improving English competency. Their motivation and attitudes serve as their engine for learners as they have desire to do so. Two themes emerged for the second research question. The first one is mode of learning, and the second is topics to learn.

Universitas Muhammadiyah Jakarta
Abstract
According to humanistic learning theory, the purpose of education is to make into a human being. The learning process is successful if students can appreciate their environment and themselves.
So, we hope that our students have successful on the academic intellectual but some of us forget to develop the character and personality, so the results of educational learning are ^a robotic man^ because children are thinking and doing like their teachers. By educating children like robots, the ability of these students to develop personal character will die.
Finally, the process of learning and education had a big problem. That^s an egoistic child. Many people do not have a character personality as a result of childhood education.
The paradigm used in this research is qualitative that has a subjective reality and many dimensions. The research approach uses a critical study that aims to express the meaning behind educational and learning problems based on the perspective of humanistic learning theory. To get additional data, the researcher makes studying and exploring from a number of any relevant sources.
The humanistic critical education perspective had some result first view of learning behaviour from the perspective of student activity not from the instructor learning. second the main idea of educators is to help students develop their potential ability. third on the learning process that students have to try to achieve self-actualization. fourth, the purpose of educators is to help students develop and recognize themselves as unique individuals and help realize their potential.

Bina Nusantara (BINUS) University, Jakarta, Indonesia
Abstract
Previous studies have shown that the percentage of women in national
legislatures is associated with increases in social spending, spending on family
benefits, and spending on health and social welfare. However, the literature on
women^s substantive representation is dominated by the western context. What
about non-Western advanced economies? Does a similar pattern take place in
Singapore, one of the richer countries in Asia? Using a unique dataset for the years spanning from 1970 to 2020, this paper aims to unpack the experience in Singapore. The case study offers interesting insights as to how the island state is conforming the literature on women^s representation and government spending. Increase in women^s political participation only has a rather mild positive correlation with government expenditure on health (0.58).

Abstract
The monotonous teaching and learning process that focuses on teachers is not suitable to be applied at this time. Various efforts are made to make students active, creative, and innovative in learning. When students are asked by the teacher to present their paper in front of the class, it is not uncommon for the student to read the paper for the first time, because the paper is often just finished when the deadline is approaching the class discussion. So that when the presentation students are less understanding, less able to explain, and do not master the contents of the paper, which in the end will be difficult also understood by other classmates. One of the techniques that the author does so that students master their papers and be able to present their papers is to create presentation videos in groups. Because at the time of making the video students will have a thought process of studying the material of the paper, there will be many repetitions, so that indirectly the student has learned to understand the contents of the paper. When making videos in groups will also build collaboration between students, cooperate and communicate with each other, overcome obstacles faced, so that the contents of the paper are conveyed well, interesting, and fun. In turn, this video presentation technique leads to 21st Century learning, which includes critical thinking and problem solving, creativity and innovation, communication, and collaboration.
