Abstract

A 3-D new chaotic jerk system with three cubic nonlinearities is proposed in this
paper. The dynamical properties of the new jerk system are described in terms of phase
portraits, Lyapunov exponents, Kaplan-Yorke dimension, symmetry, dissipativity, etc. Also, a
detailed dynamical analysis of the jerk system has been carried out with bifurcation diagram
and Lyapunov exponents. As an engineering application, adaptive synchronization of the new
chaotic jerk system with itself is designed via backstepping control method. Furthermore, an
electronic circuit realization of the new chaotic jerk system is presented in detail to confirm the
feasibility of the theoretical chaotic jerk model.

Abstract

The information technology advancement has brought tremendous changes to the emergence of new criminal offenses. Technology has been misused to commit crimes and prompted various complicated legal issues. One of the crimes extensively utilizing information technology is Sexual Exploitation of Children Online (SECO). The particular crimes have also been transformed into various kinds, from grooming, sexting, sextortion to live streaming. This crime also goes beyond the territorial boundaries of a nation state discouraging the attempt measure the perpetrators^ criminal liability attribution. In Indonesian context, the national criminal law is still unable to properly respond to it. Although in practice the law enforcement may deploys the Electronic Transaction Information Law, this law cannot completely deal with this crime. In fact, other criminal law issues emerge in responding to SECO that require new formulas, including new doctrines, to enable the existing criminal law overcoming them effectively. This study recommends that a more specific formulation of criminal law be developed to declare SECO as a criminal offense. Law enforcement agents should have the technical capacity to uncover the crime evidences, therefore the perpetrators can be sued for their crimes.

Abstract

The implementation of the health insurance program (JKN) in the national social security system found various problems. One of them is the potential for fraud, which could cause harm to the national social security fund. Fraud is an act that is done intentionally by participants and health workers who are not following the regulations set by the government. The government has issued regulations relating to preventing fraud in the JKN system. Upcoding is one of the incidents of fraud in JKN. The establishment of a unit of officers in preventing fraud has been written in the Joint Decree on the Joint Team for JKN Fraud Handling. This study aims to see how hospital management to prevent fraud. The method used in this research is to use a qualitative method using open-ended question instruments that have been formed to obtain as much detailed information as possible. The results of this study found that the prevention team of JKN Fraud was formed at the hospital. Unfortunately, it has not been able to work optimally due to the absence of clear rules about carrying out the task. The incidence of fraud in hospitals is due to inaccurate coding, which is one of the causes, including the difference between diagnoses based on ICD10 and codes for the benefit of claims that refer to BPJS regulations. It also caused by a lack of supporting data in determining the diagnosis. So the need for policies from the hospital management to plan measures to prevent fraud by involving all essential elements, optimizing the role of the team, and coaching employees.

Abstract

Electrical energy has become a vital necessity for today^s life. However, the supply and distribution are still limited and uneven. Therefore, alternative electrical energy that utilizes natural resources in the region is needed. Kotawaringin Timur is one of the areas with abundant potential for peat water, but has not been fully utilized, this water has an acidity level (pH) ranging from 5-2, and contains metal elements, one of which is iron ion II or Fe2+ from laboratory test results of qualitative and quantitative. The content of Fe2+ ions makes it possible to produce electrical energy. In the electrical process using an electrochemical system in which the Galvanic and electrolysis reaction processes occur. Then the experiment was carried out using 27 Zn & Cu plates as anode-cathode and connected in series in the box. The experiment produced an electric power of 0.41 W, a voltage of 16.18 V and a strong current of 8.51 mA measured using a multimeter so that it could turn on a 12V LED for 33 hours. The utilization of peat water which is very abundant as a source of electrical energy is expected to increase the supply and distribution of electrical energy in order to meet the current demand and distribution of electricity, especially in areas that have not received electricity at all.
