Development of Android-Based Augmented Reality Atomic Nucleus Structure (ARTOM) for Physics Learning a) Magister Physics Education, State University of Jakarta Abstract This research aims to develop an Android-based Augmented Reality Atomic Nucleus Structure (ARTOM) for physics learning. The material of the atomic nucleus structure was chosen because in nuclear physics it is an abstract material. Augmented Reality (AR) can be used as a media to visualize an abstract object. Through Augmented Reality as a media, atomic nucleus structure can be more easily visualized in real 3D. The research method used in this research is ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). ARTOM was implemented to 15 physics teachers. The results showed that the ARTOM can be used as a learning media and was easy to operate. The teachers responded that ARTOM could facilitate learning physics on the atomic nucleus structure. Thus, ARTOM can help and facilitate learning physics on atomic nucleus structure. For further research, AR can be developed to explain other abstract physics materials.
