OPTIMIZATION MODEL TO DETERMINE THE LEVEL OF OPTIMUM PRODUCTION FOR MULTIPLE PRODUCTS OF SHORT-AGE OR PERISHABLE PRODUCTS CATAGORY Dadang Arifin, Zaenal Muttaqien
Universitas Jenderal Achmad Yani
Abstract
This paper contains an optimization model to determine the optimum level of production for short-lived products or perishable products. In 2019 the author has developed an optimization model to determine the optimum production rate for single products for products with the short life or perishable products category. In this paper, the authors develop the model for multiple products or multi-product (multi-item). The variable costs considered in this model are the same as the single item model, namely, production costs, set-up costs, storage costs and expired costs. The model developed departs from a production system that adopts a batch production system. In this multi-item model, all products use the same facilities so that production activities for each item are carried out alternately by following a certain batch size. The optimization model developed is to determine the batch size of each item in each production cycle so as to minimize total costs, minimize scarcity and reduce buildup which results in expired products. The constraints considered are capacity, demand, and life time (product service life).
Model validation is done mathematically and empirically. Mathematically it is done using derivatives, while empirically uses examples of real cases in the field.
The author hopes that this model will provide practical benefits for practitioners and academics, especially students.

Institut Teknologi PLN
Abstract
Increasing the use of electricity every year always occurs, as well as an increase in the construction of substations and distribution substations as a means of PLN electricity transmission. The process of maintaining and installing substations and distribution substations certainly has a very high risk that can sometimes be deadly. The workers who are going to perform maintenance and installation of the electricity network require qualifications to work at a place that is at a height. These qualifications make Electrical Engineering students have a lesson about the installation of electricity networks where they will try to climb the electricity poles to do the electrical network installation. For that we need an application that can use virtual reality technology so that students and students can learn the process of installing the electricity network more safely, before they go straight into the field. This application was created using Unity 2019 software, which can produce mobile-based programs both in the android operating system. This research will use 360 video which will illustrate how the process of climbing to the top of the electricity pole and the process of installing the electricity network. This study aims to build a simulation application of electrical network installation using virtual reality technology, which is expected to provide an overview and simulation for Electrical Engineering students so that the learning process is safer and more controlled.

INTERNET OF THINGS HOUSEHOLD ELECTRONIC DEVICES CONTROL Rakhmadi Irfansyah Putra, Andi Dahroni, Muhammad Fadli Prathama, Eka Putra
Institut Teknologi PLN
Abstract
The need for electrical energy continues to increase every year, according to data on sales of electricity from PLN issued by the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources, showing that the total number of customers in 2016 reached 64,282,493 customers. Compared to 2015 this figure increased by 3,114,513 subscribers or 4.84%. Of the total number of customers, the household group was the largest number, namely 59,243,672 customers or 92.16%. From these data, the household sector plays a big role in the use of electricity supply in Indonesia.
A large number of community activities every day causes them to be negligent or not really paying attention to how the electricity is used, for example by accidentally not turning off the lights, television, and AC when going out. The Internet of Things (IoT) is an innovative paradigm that makes the earth in a modern wireless telecommunications setting fast. The basic impression of this concept is the expansion of the Internet into the real world by taking in everyday objects
Therefore, the researchers tried to make a tool as well as mobile-based software to control household electronic equipment used daily at home with smart electrical terminals or named TICO (Electronic Control). The output target of this research is a national scientific journal publication that is not accredited.

Abstract
As a form of control and evaluation of strategic management, the BSC (Balanced Score Card) model is commonly used to create a matrix of the relationship between strategy and targets to be achieved by an organization. The matrix is --generated through the intermediary BSC model, but in the absence of any references regarding the concept of implementing a comprehensive BSC, this makes industry practitioners having difficulty translating the matrix and model into result-oriented programs. The purpose of this research is to make the key result-oriented program elaboration of the BSC model using the master improvement model method. The method used in this study uses the BSC model which describes 4 perspectives and the master improvement model as a result-oriented translation of the program. The findings of this study indicate that of the two corporate strategies described by the BSC model, 9 result-oriented programs must be implemented. and the translation of the BSC Model can be easily done with a master improvement model, which aligns aspects of the vision, long-term and annual targets and, how to measure it, target-oriented and key result-oriented programs

Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi Muhammadiyah Cileungsi
Abstract
The main structural tank construction designed with 3D solid modeling. To determine the stress and deflection of wall tank transformer, vacuum analysis has to be done. The minus pressure of 125 kPA to be applied to all internal surface of tank. Calculation based on sectional wall has to be done with MS excel and the analysis used Finite Element Method (FEM) by software Cosmosworks from Solidworks Corp. In view of those calculations we can take the summary about strength of tank transformer from vacuum loading. Type of material analysis is ST37 as common steel construction, with Ultimate Tensile Stress (UTS) 370 MPa , Yield Stress (YS) 240 MPa and factor of safety Allowable Stress (AS) 180 MPa. The value stress below 168 MPa means still under elastic linier stiffness of material or in other words any wall deflection happens because of pressure will be back to state before pressure

Improving Water Management for Sustainable Residential Design (Case Study : Kawasan Cimahi Utara, Indonesia) Tika Novis Putri, Nova Asriana, and Yoska Farhabi
Langlang buana University
Abstract
In recent years, Indonesia commonly gets a flood in the rainy season, especially in South Cimahi as a new city in West Java. There are some causes of getting flood in this area, such as the changing of land use in the upstream area, a high intensity of rainfall, a lack of water management system (grey and stormwater management), the infeasible capacity of drainage system, and the clogged drainage from garbage. Meanwhile, in the dry season, around 8 cities in Cimahi have a crisis of water which is caused by several aspects- the land usage does not consider about soil and water conservation so that there is a disturbances of water absorption into soil, the insufficient water supply, and the high water consumption for domestic needs, households, industries, agricultural. Moreover, the highest groundwater usage is from households that causes the declining water absorption due to the new development of residential areas in the land conservation. These issues are affected in the downstream, Citeureup North Cimahi, as a conservation area that will be a case study in this research This research idea is to create a sustainable residence prototype design to improve water management. Therefore this strategy will be another alternative solution to flood risk management in the rainy season. In addition, this self-sufficient house design prototype is capable of conserving groundwater and fulfill the domestic needs in the dry season.

Damage Analysis of Diesel Engine Generator Set Indicated Glowing Using Fishbone Analysis Method Wilarso, M Ali Pahmi, Asep Dharmanto, Supriyadi
Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi Muhammadiyah Cileungs
Universitas Serang Raya
Abstract
The diesel engine generator set operating at the Jeranjang Power Plan was damaged, before the damage indicated glowing in the exhaust manifold. This research is to identify the damage to the diesel engine generator set unit so that the same damage does not happen again. The research method used the fishbone analysis. From research conducted on diesel engine components that have problems, it was found that several injector components were jammed on the spring, cylinder liner crack, and the actuator jammed. As for the glowing indication, it is caused when the rack actuator jammed is in the open position of the injector and the condition of the injector spring is jammed so that unburned fuel is carried to the exhaust manifold, with the chemical reaction between CO2 + CO causing glowing in the exhaust manifold. In checking the cylinder head component, a crack was found between the exhaust valve hole and the intake valve. From the research using fishbone analysis, the damage to the diesel engine which resulted in a cylinder head crack, jammed injector component was caused by a diesel engine^s lack of radiator water.

Abstract
This research was conducted to establish a vulnerability model of flood hazard in the city of Pontianak, West Kalimantan Province used GIS. The model was based on scoring and weighting of biophysical factors. The AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) method and logical formulations were used to establish the model. The result showed that the accuracy of model by AHP to determine the vulnerability of flood was only 80% in Pontianak City. Therefore the model was not good enough to represent actual condition in the field. The accuracy of model using logical formulations to determine the vulnerability level of flood was 84%, this means that the results of model 1 have a confidence level of 84% after checking the location of inundation points on the map against inundation points in the field. The Kappa accuracy value in model 1 is 79.3%, this means it is able to avoid 79.3% errors. The model of flood vulnerability (model 1) explains that most of Pontianak City has a very high level of flood vulnerability, which is 31,440,568.8 m2 or 29.11% of the total research area of 108,003,319.8 m2. The vulnerable area is 29,945,485.7 m2 or 27.73% and the less secure area is 22,126,936.3 m2 or 20.49% and the safe area is 24,490,328.7 m2 or 22.67% of the total area. Sub-districts that have the most area in a very flood prone area in a row are City Pontianak Sub-district covering 8,299,516.9 m2- then followed by South Pontianak Sub-district covering an area of 6,980,141.8 m2- West Pontianak Sub-district covering an area of 5,638,021.4 m2- North Pontianak Sub-district covering an area of 4,095,410.0 m2- Southeast Pontianak Sub-district covering 3,830,011.8 m2- and the Sub-district of East Pontianak covering 2,597,441.2 m2.

Abstract
This paper develops an integrated modeling of lots production scheduling and machines maintenance scheduling on flow shop with two machines. The manufacturing system produces multiple items to be delivered at a common due date. This model describes a trade-off between lot production cost and machines maintenance cost as number and quantity of lots on the series machines. The objective function of the integrated model is total cost minimization that is consisting of in process inventory lots and completed lots inventory cost, machines setup costs, preventive maintenance cost, corrective maintenance cost and rework cost on two series deteriorating machines. The step wise optimization algorithm developed to solve the mixed integer quadratic programming of the problem model. Comparison with the practice and the model sensitivity analysis are showed to clarify how the algorithm works

Abstract
The Information Technology Department is a division that must exist in every university. This department is also known as the investment and service center. The philosophy of the IT department is used to improve customer satisfaction in terms of service. It is necessary to measure performance as an evaluation of university performance to improve quality and maintain standards in the IT department. Performance measurement is carried out to encourage universities to manage all their resources, systems, and employees so that work results are in line with the company^s vision, mission, and strategic goals. In preparing performance measurement indicators, a method is needed that acts as a decision making in terms of priority and weighting of each indicator accurately. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Analytical Network Process (ANP) methods can find out which indicators will be used for performance measurement. In this study, the results show that the implementation of the AHP and ANP methods is based on Expert Judgment and Decision Tree to obtain indicators that are in line with the business processes of the IT department of the university. As a result, 21 indicators are weighted and rated for priority. Based on these indicators, the highest priority is the indicators of service quality satisfaction index obtained by the AHP with a value of 0.1137, while by the ANP method with a value of 0.11367. The indicator with the lowest priority value is IT Budget Realization with a value of 0.007931 using the ANP method and 0.0082 using the AHP method. This result shows that the implementation of the AHP and ANP methods has the same priority results. The comparison of the two methods results in a better choice of indicators and can be used as a consideration for decision-makers to determine more comprehensive performance measurement indicators.
