Abstract
Watching video-based learning has become an integral part of flipped learning implementation during the COVID-19 pandemic for most of university students in Indonesia and Malaysia. Studying at home virtually has doubled the learning capacity of students since they have to study from the video learning sent by the lecturers in the initial stage. As a result, dealing with various learning task activities before, during and post learning is somewhat challenging for university students. Factors such as readiness to study, unclear goals to do tasks, unfamiliar with task instructions, and also time-constraint have become critical problems that hindered students to successfully handled learning tasks. Because of that, this study investigates factors affecting university students^ success dealing with video-based learning task activities and task-benefits students gained from completing task activities. There were fifty university students were involved in this study. Data were taken from post-survey after using the interactive video-based learning. The analysis of data used descriptive qualitative analysis. The findings show that majority internal factors from students worked as the determination factors causing failures in achieving goals of lesson learning. Also, the students claimed learning tasks were useful to enrich knowledge, understanding, and improve skill related the lesson context.

Accounting Department, Faculty of Economics and Communication, Bina Nusantara University, Jakarta, Indonesia
Abstract
This research discusses the effect of the acquisition of a corporation on the financial performance of the acquired company. Financial performance is measured through financial ratios consisting of liquidity ratios represented by current ratio (CR) and quick ratio (QR), business activity ratios represented by total assets turnover (TATO), profitability ratios represented by return on assets ( ROA) and net profit margin (NPM), market ratios represented by price to earnings ratio (PER), finally solvency ratio represented by debt to equity ratio (DER) and total debt to asset ratio (DAR). This study uses secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The measurement is carried out by comparing those ratios in the period 1 year before the acquisition and 1 year after the acquisition. The research method used was a test marked Wilcoxon Test. The result is that there is no significant difference to financial performance before and after the acquisition. This indicates that this acquisition has not been able to improve the company^s performance. The study also advises companies to make more thorough calculations when making acquisition actions so that the benefits of acquisitions can be felt by both parties.

Abstract
The end of December 2018 tsunami which hit Sunda Strait, had ruined some of tourism villages in Pandeglang Regency, Banten Province, Indonesia. One of them was Tanjungjaya Tourism Village that suffered from a negative image as a tourism destination. Stakeholders of the village had to carried out post-crisis communication activities to recover and rebranded the image of their village by re-promoting it through Cikadu Edutourism Center (CEC). The data collection method was in-depth interviews, enriched by observation. The result shows that the post-crisis communication activities carried out by the stakeholders of the village were only successful in the beginning by re-promoting heavily Cikadu Edutourism Center as the new brand of Tanjungjaya Tourism Village through website and social media of the village. This place became both a tourism attraction and an education center. Unfortunately, there were many internal conflicts among stakeholders of the village which restrained lately the village tourism development. As the conclusion, all stakeholders of the village must have a similar vision and target in developing their tourism village by socializing continuously CEC through formal forum discussions, website and social media to internal and external stakeholders of the village.

Abstract
The study attempts to evaluate the linkage between international arms transfer and foreign policy of 6 (six) selected countries in Indo Pacific (Indonesia, the Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, India, and Vietnam) towards big power in the region (the United States, Russia, and China). The study will, first, clarify the evolving concept of how arms transfer and foreign policy interlace, especially in conflict prone area in which big powers as major arms exporting countries play significant role. Second, examining the practice of arms transfer and measuring the dependency index of 6 (six) Indo Pacific countries using arms transfer dependence measurement proposed by Catrina (1988) dan Kinsella (1998) across three selected milestones (2008, 2014, 2018). The international arms transfer is examined through procurement of 9 (nine) major conventional arms category in accordance with UNROCA system, using IISS Military Balance and SIPRI Arms Transfer Database as the main references. Foreign policy is examined through each state^s foreign policy strategy papers and statements. This study found that foreign policy changes do not always correlate with pattern of arms transfer dependence. Country with balancing policy shows firm dependence on the US arms transfer, whereas country with bandwagoning policy shows the reverse. Lastly, country with hedging policy shows variation: first, preference to internal balancing through reliance to domestic arms production as in the case of India- second, preference to further diversify its source of arms as in the case of Indonesia.

Abstract
This study aims to find out how learning trajectory is right for students in understanding the concept of geometry. Learning the area of triangles and quadrilateral areas through trivial problems may be easy for students, but not in the context of complex problems. Therefore, through learning with Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) approach is known learning trajectory that can help students learn geometry. From the results of the study showed that through the provision of problems that are situational and close to the experience of students give the impact of desire and motivation and challenge students to solve problems. From this experience, students realize or do not start building material concepts that should be obtained in learning mathematics. This is a suggestion that the teaching and learning process should present problems that can take advantage of the student^s previous experience before it becomes a new formal concept.

Elementary School Teacher Department, STKIP Bina Bangsa Getsempena, Tanggul Krueng Aceh Baru Street 34, Darussalam, Banda Aceh, Indonesia
Abstract
This research aims to evaluate the impact of CTL models on the importance of the cognitive and learning activities of the students in VA SDN 16 in Banda Ac er when the cognitive value of the students in heat transfer content in science subjects does not reach the KKM threshold value 76. This analysis is quantitative and uses a one-shot case study test design experimental process. The researchers with instruments are made of measurements and observation sheets. The findings of the data review showed that the average score of the student in scientific subjects before using the CTL model was 80,76 with 72,73 per cent classical completeness and that the average score of the students was 76,33 with the classical completeness of 69 per cent. The hypothesis analysis suggests that t count > t table is agreed, namely (2.49>1.69), so H 1. For students^ average cognitive scores C 1 = 22, C 2 = 27 and C 3 = 31. The average instructor task score is 4.74 on very good criteria and pupil learning experiences meet 85% of 33 students on very good criteria, 9% on good criteria and 6% on acceptable criteria. Based on the test findings, and the impact of the CTL model on individual cognitive results with an average value of 80.76 can be inferred. However, this does not influence the percentage of classical completeness in this class, since only 72.73% is the percentage of completeness where the minimum is 80%. The teachers and students^ learning experiences by applying the CTL model produce improved outcomes. This shows that the CTL model can make students more involved and excited, as learning is directly related to student nature.
