Universitas Muhammadiyah Magelang
Abstract
The recovery process for mental disorders does not only focus on medical treatment but also adapts to the sufferer^s needs. Recovery from mental disorders requires a comprehensive approach and a harmonious relationship between health services, caregivers and the community. Health workers occupy an important position in the treatment and recovery of patients. Health workers in providing services do not always run smoothly. Therefore, this research aims to find out the role and problems faced by health workers in the recovery of mental disorder patients. The method used in this writing is a literature review approach. Article searches were carried out through two electronic databases, namely PubMed and Scholar. The final result after screening was that there were 12 articles used as material in this literature. Based on existing literature, several themes were found related to recovery from mental disorders focusing on health workers, namely- The knowledge of health workers is still not optimal, so education and training are needed to improve it. Next is the stigma of health workers towards mental disorders and it turns out there are still those who have a stigma so intervention is needed to remove the stigma on these health workers. And next is the form of service provided to sufferers

Abstract
Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a chronic condition that cannot be cured and can lead to complications, necessitating self-care. Correct self-care can improve the sufferer^s capacity to fulfill life^s demands independently, allowing them to control their illness and avoid complications. The purpose of this study was to examine how diabetes mellitus patients practice self-care. It employs a cross-sectional method by involving 71 respondents, using the SDSCA and the DMSES as instruments. The data were then analyzed by chi-square test. According to the findings, most of the patients had suffered from DM for 5 years with low self-efficacy and inadequate self-care behavior. Furthermore, the only self-care components that was considered good was medicine consumption behaviour. The findings also indicate that the duration of DM did not predict self-care behavior. Diabetes patients should practice more self-care in order to enhance their health and avoid further complications.

Abstract
Digestive problems are one of the main symptoms in children suffering from Covid-19. This literature review is to describe the clinical manifestations of digestive problems in children infected with SARS-Cov-2. The literature search used two databases, PubMed and ScienceDirect, with the keywords children, Covid 19, digestive problems. The focus for selecting articles is original research, in English and published from 2019 to 2021, with the criteria of children, MIS-C, comorbidities and having digestive problems. The results of the literature review showed that children suffering from Covid-19, aged 0-16 years, were hospitalized because they had MIS-C and had comorbidities. The main clinical manifestations of digestive problems that appear are nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain and diarrhea. Diarrhea occurs due to direct viral attack on the digestive tract, as evidenced by the detection of viral nucleocapsid proteins in intestinal epithelial cells. This literature review shows that the main clinical manifestation related to digestive disorders in children infected with the corona virus is diarrhea. From diarrhea, it is very possible for the virus to spread through feces. Apart from nasopharyngeal swab examination, it is necessary to consider a rectal swab to determine RT PCR from fecal specimens.

Universitas Kusuma Husada
Abstract
Ovarian cysts are abnormalities in women with the main complaint of menstrual pain, or when during intercourse. Cysts form during menstruation and are benign, can disappear over time. In some cases cysts may be cancerous and harm health. Especially if the sufferer is an unmarried woman, it is feared that there will be problems in the reproductive organs. Symptoms that often appear are pelvic pain, frequent urination, flatulence, pain during sexual intercourse, feeling full or heavy in the abdomen, uncontrolled enlarged abdomen. According to a demographic survey the prevalence of ovarian cysts in Indonesia is 37.2% or as many as 23,400 where 13,900 people were recorded passing away. Examination of ovarian cysts is mostly found during ultrasound examination. Cysts that have a large enough size can cause pelvic pain. Young women especially experience acute abdominal pain associated with benign ovarian cysts. Treatment of ovarian cysts has a variety of management, ranging from observation to performing surgery to remove cysts such as laparoscopy or laparotomy. This is determined by the size of the ovarian cyst and the degree of malignancy. However, in this research, management with herbs in Indonesia was applied, where side effects are small and without surgery that will reduce the financial burden in the treatment process.

Effect of Immersing Heat Cured Acrylic Resin Material in Avocado Seed Extract on Transversal Strength Nova Adrian(1), IGA Ratih Utari Mayun(1), Thesya Dhyah(2)
1. Prosthodonsia Departement, Universitas Trisakti, Faculty of Dentistry, DKI Jakarta, Indonesia
2. Student, Universitas Trisakti, Faculty of Dentistry, DKI Jakarta, Indonesia
Abstract
Introduction : Heat cured acrylic resin is a material that is often used as a base for removable dentures. Heat cured acrylic resin materials are still often used because they have the advantage of being non-toxic to tissue, having good physical and aesthetic properties, being relatively cheap, being easy to manipulate and manufacture, and being able to be repaired. However, removable dentures made from heat cured acrylic resin also have disadvantages, namely that they break easily and have micro cavities which can become a place for food debris and plaque accumulation to stick, so that if they are not cleaned they will cause denture stomatitis for the user. The use of special chemicals to clean dentures has been recommended, such as a disinfectant solution by immersing the denture, however, repeated use of this disinfectant can cause physical changes in the denture base material, one of which is transverse strength. Research has been carried out on natural ingredients in dentistry, one of which is avocado seed extract, which contains phytochemicals containing antibacterial and anti-fungal substances, so it is hoped that it will be an alternative to chemical denture cleaners that do not change the physical nature of the denture material.
Purpose : The aim of this research is to determine whether there is an effect of soaking heat cured acrylic resin material in avocado seed extract on transverse strength.
Method : Making avocado seed extract with various concentrations, namely avocado seed extract with concentrations of 100%, 50%, 25%, 12.5% and 6.25%, then making 24 acrylic plates using Vertex brand resin. The samples were divided into 6 groups, one of which was the control group using distilled water, then the sample treatment for each group was soaked in avocado seed extract for 10 days at room temperature or 25oC. Every day the extract solution was replaced. After 10 days of immersion, flexural strength measurements were carried out to measure transverse strength using Torsee^s Electronic System Universal Testing Machine. The tool will press the middle part of the acrylic resin plate until a fracture occurs in the plate and the final value of the compressive strength of the machine is recorded.
Main Finding : Data testing began with a normality test with Shapiro Wilk with results p < 0.05, which means the data is not normal. Followed by the Kruskal Willis test with results p > 0.05, which means the data is not significantly different. The results showed that there was no effect of immersing acrylic resin material in avocado seed extract on changes in transverse strength
Implication : This research was used to look for alternative natural denture cleaning materials that are useful in the field of dentistry, especially prosthodontics

Abstract
1. Introduction:The carbon footprint of medical imaging varies widely across modalities- for instance, echocardiograms emit 2 kg of CO2 equivalent, while 3 Tesla MRI emits 200-300 kg. Abdominal CT produces 6 kg, and abdominal MRI produces 20 kg of CO2 equivalent per examination. In 2016, MRI and CT emissions accounted for 0.77% of global emissions across 120 countries, and medical imaging contributes approximately 1% to the 5-10% carbon footprint of global healthcare.
2. Purpose : Efforts can be made to promote climate-neutral choices in medical imaging. AI can assist in optimizing imaging protocols, reducing the need for excessive or unnecessary imaging tests, and minimizing the associated carbon footprint. By improving the accuracy of image analysis and diagnosis, AI can help avoid repeat imaging tests, reducing both costs and environmental impact
3. Method: Deep learning techniques, specifically Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN), are employed for image analysis and identification, with the model trained on the compiled dataset. The study then turns its focus to assessing the environmental impact by quantifying the carbon emissions associated with the CNN-based medical image identification process
4. Main Finding: The research aims to provide insights into the dual aspects of accuracy in medical image identification and the environmental implications of employing deep learning techniques on specific hardware configurations
5. Implication: This research finds that CNN models used for identifying and analyzing medical images produced carbon emissions average 0.00868 kg.

Abstract
In many developing countries, including Indonesia, inadequate diagnostic facilities and limited pathogen epidemiology data hinder effective diagnosis and treatment of infectious diseases. Staphylococcus aureus is a prevalent pathogen causing skin infections, demanding attention. The purpose of this study was to determine the antibacterial activity of a topical-gel-formula containing ethanol-extract of soursop leaves against the growth of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus. The soursop leaf was extracted using the maceration method, and then it was transformed into a topical gel with concentrations of 1%, 5%, and 10%. A test for microorganisms was performed using the well diffusion method. By measuring the inhibitory zone and comparing it to no extract as a negative control and povidone iodine as a positive control, the antibacterial activity was evaluated. The ANOVA test was employed to assess whether antibacterial power was effective, with a p-value of 0.05. The main finding reveals that a topical gel formulated with soursop leaf ethanol extract exhibits significant antibacterial activity against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus. Despite being less potent than the positive control (povidone iodine), the study highlights the potential for enhancing effectiveness, suggesting further investigation and potential formulation optimization.
Implications include the potential development of effective, natural skincare products for tropical skin infections using soursop leaf extract. This study motivates ongoing efforts in pharmaceuticals and research to innovate safe, affordable, and sustainable antibacterial therapies.

Abstract
The abstract should summarize the contents of the paper in short terms, i.e. 150-250 words Brown seaweed (Sargassum polycystum) contains a distinctive pig-ment, chlorophyll-c. Chlorophyll is known to exhibit strong antibacterial activity against gram-positive bacteria. Emulgel is one of the topical preparations that of-fers several advantages, including being non-greasy, easy to spread, easy to clean, soft, easy to wash, having a longer shelf life, transparent and comfortable when used. The purpose of this study was to formulate chlorophyll-c isolate in the form of an emulgel preparation to be tested for physical characteristics, anti-oxidant activity, and irritation tests on rabbits. The research was conducted by isolating chlorophyll-c using column chromatography and preparative thin layer chromatography (PTLC) methods. Emulgel dosage formulations were created with different chlorophyll-c content as the active substance, consisting of FI 0.2%, FII 0.4%, and FIII 0.6%. The results showed that there was an influence of chlorophyll-c concentration on the characteristics of the emulgel preparation. The higher the concentration of chlorophyll-c, the greener the color of the emulgel, the pH decreases, the spreadability decreases, but the viscosity and stickiness increase. Testing of chlorophyll-c emulgel on antioxidant activity showed that the higher the concentration of chlorophyll-c, the greater the antioxi-dant activity. Giving chlorophyll-c emulgel to rabbits causes very mild irritation with the appearance of erythema or redness and edema that is not very clear.

Abstract
During the Covid-19 pandemic, pregnant women became a vulnerable group, so pregnant women were worried about their pregnancy. Pregnant women required special attention and services related to preventing anxiety so that it did not manifest in more severe psychological disorders. In this case, midwives have a role in preventing psychological disorders in pregnant women through psychoeducation services. However, there was no evidence regarding the benefits of this service for pregnant women. The aimed of this research was to determine the perceptions of pregnant women regarding psychoeducation services by midwives. The method of this study was a qualitative research with a case study approach. The informants in this study were 6 pregnant women. Data collection uses online interviews (synchronous and asynchronous) and the WhatsApp platform using an instrument in the form of a semi-structured interview guide with a previous audit trail. The data was analyzed using thematic analysis with the Miles and Huberman framework. Five themes were obtained, namely the psychological condition of pregnant women, perceptions of pregnant women about psychoeducation, the benefits of psychoeducation for pregnant women, the psychological needs of pregnant women, and the efforts to prevent anxiety in pregnant women. By psychoeducation, the family, especially the husband, can play more of a role in the mother^s pregnancy, besides that the mother feels closer to the midwife so that the midwife^s services are more optimally received. So, it is necessary to improve and develop psychoeducation services for pregnant women which can be integrated into integrated ANC services.

Abstract
Kombucha is one of the probiotic fermented drinks produced through a consortium of bacteria and yeast known as Scoby (Symbiotic Culture/Colony Bacteria &- Yeast) as an initial culture that helps in the fermentation process. Kombucha also contains organic acids, one of which is ascorbic acid where ascorbic acid is also present in Tomatoes that can help whiten teeth. The purpose of this riset was to see the level of tooth brightness as whitening and reduce the effect of erosion on tooth specimens after applying tomato kombucha patch preparations. This research was conducted using the dependent variable and independent variable methods. With the independent variable in the form of variations in the length of fermentation time for kombucha and tomato fruit kombucha in the preparation of teeth whitening patches and the dependent variable is evaluation before the patch is formed and evaluation after the patch is formed. The results of the tomato kombucha patch formulation after the application process can increase the brightness of the teeth but in the erosivity test the tomato patch formulation has a smaller erosion effect than the tomato kombucha patch formulation seen from the results of the SEM (Scanning Electron Microscope) characteristic test. The implication of this riset is the formulation of the tomato kombucha patch only has the potential to increase the brightness of teeth because the ascorbic acid content produced after the combination process of fermenting kombucha tea with tomatoes increases significantly.

Abstract
Cervical cancer is the fourth most frequent cancer in women cause by Human Papilloma Viruses. Previous studies have shown that several genes including KLF5, FHIT and DLG2 can play a role in the process of cervical cancer progression. This study aims to analyze the correlation between the KLF5, FHIT, DLG2 genes in cervical cancer tissue. Cancer tissues were obtained using biopsy. The cDNA samples were collected through RNA isolation, nanophotometer and PCR. All samples were analyzed with qPCR. The genes expression of KLF5, FHIT and DLG2 were not significant to cervical cancer (p>0.05). Based on Spearman^s correlation test analysis, it showed that there was no significant correlation between genes expression of KLF5, FHIT, DLG2 on cervical cancer progression. This study can be a reference in biomedical science for delving deeper into genes associated with cervical cancer progression. By expanding the sample size, the FHIT, DLG2 and KLF5 genes can still be developed as cervical cancer biomarkers.

Abstract
Background: Virtual Reality (VR) is an emerging therapeutic intervention in physical therapy practice in the Philippines. This study aims to explore the perceived barriers and limitations of a handheld virtual reality as a physiotherapeutic tool.
Methodology: The study employed a qualitative phenomenological study using a semi-structured interview conducted using Zoom platform. A snowball sampling was utilized to gather informants in the study. Coding was utilized to classify themes and subthemes after data transcription. Codes were analyzed using Collaizi Method through QDA Miner Lite. Theoretical triangulation was utilized to support the themes from the answers of the informants.
Results: Ten licensed physical therapists who have previous experiences in using handheld virtual reality devices (such as the Nintendo Wii, Xbox, etc.) participated. Data saturation was reached after the sixth interview. Nine out of ten (90%) informants believed that the primary barrier to VR use is the high cost of the console and the setup required for the VR room. The following themes likewise emerged: barriers (expensiveness, atypical practice), limitations (short-term functional effect, level of comprehension required to understand VR), and advantages (entertaining and usefulness to neurological and musculoskeletal cases). Furthermore, majority of participants held the opinion that, in order to stay up with the rapidly advancing field of healthcare technology, the healthcare industry^s present practices need to integrate technology more.
Discussion: The clinical impact of VR is already established from the currently available research. The demands of the patients and therapists, however, take precedence above the ease of technological adaptation. These must be addressed in order to lessen the differences between their problem and the characteristics of this exciting technology. Additionally, lawmakers and healthcare administrators must support rehabilitation medicine in their ef
