DISTRICT MINIMUM WAGE AND ITS IMPACT ON COMPANY RELOCATION, UNEMPLOYMENT AND EXTREME POVERTY Puji Isyanto, Dedi Mulyadi, Uus MD Fadli
Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business
Universitas Buana Perjuangan, Karawang, West Java, Indonesia
Abstract
Determining district minimum wages often becomes a problem every year even though there are clear regulations. The district minimum wage always becomes a dilemma if it is determined that the increase is too large and too small even if there is no increase. High and low wages will affect the supply and demand for labour which will ultimately impact the relocation of companies and the number of unemployed and even impact poverty.
The aim of this research is to examine and analyze the impact of the district minimum wage, company relocation, unemployment and extreme poverty. The research method uses quantitative methods with descriptive statistical analysis tools and multiple linear regression analysis of panel data. Research data uses secondary data and combines data from interviews and field observations at companies, associations or institutions that issue official and valid data.
Based on the results of this research, it shows that the district minimum wage value has quite a significant influence on the impact of company relocation and unemployment, both partially and simultaneously, but does not have a significant influence on the impact of extreme poverty.

BRIN, Research Centre for Behavioral and Circular Economics, Gatot Subroto Street, No.10, Indonesia
Abstract
Citrus farmers in Indonesia, including in Gunuang Omeh, West Sumatera, are still experiencing problems with prices falling during the main harvest. Digital marketing can be an alternative to overcome this because it can reach a wider market, thereby getting the most suitable price. This research used a descriptive analysis method completed by Maan Whitney test, which in-volved 347 data of citrus farmers in Gunuang Omeh sub district. Respondent descriptions showed that most of the citrus farmers never done digital mar-keting. It is need to open the farmers perception of digital marketing because they still experience price falling in the main harvest as the major obstacle (89%), which occurs in June-July (52.5%). From the analysis results, farmers who carry out digital marketing have a better mean rank and higher price (with a difference of IDR 179). Further research involving more citrus farm-ers who used digital marketing is needed for better understanding and to identifies the driving factors.

Accounting, Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Pekajangan Pekalongan, Pekalongan, Indonesia
Abstract
In recent years, IR reporting has received increasing attention, both academic and professional. However, report quality is still an important aspect in IR. Although several studies have investigated IR, only a few have focused on quality and its determinants. This paper aims to investigate the impact of national culture, which is an external-determinants, from stakeholder theory perspective on the quality of integrated reporting (IR). The data cover the period 2022 of listed companies in Asia. Hypothesis testing uses a regression model with SEM-PLS. Because there is no variability in the independent variables over time, cross-section analysis is used rather than panel analysis. The results show that IR quality is related to Hofstede^s five dimensions, namely power distance, individualis, masculinity and indulgence negatively, while uncertainty avoidance are positively. Although, long-term orientation does not have a significant influence on IR quality. This research complements the literature on company report quality factors. These findings are also important for managers and policy makers. Several categories of national culture can be considered to improve the quality of IR so that global sustainable development and world capital markets will be better.

Abstract
Business needs to have a mature strategy for the emergence of innovations in the field of technology by creating new business models and thereby attracting potential consumers. One strategy that can be used to survive amidst technological advances is the ability of business to transform from traditional sales to online sales to expand the market, especially when geographical distance is limited. Previous research explains that the implementation of e-business has a positive impact on business performance at the operational level. However, research that focuses on how much motivation to use e-business and online sales and business performance is still rarely conducted. This research will fill the gap in previous research by empirically testing how business are encouraged to adopt online sales in the technology-organization-environment (TOE) framework.
The research method we used was descriptive quantitative and we used a questionnaire to obtain research data, while the data collection method we used was purposive sampling. We belief that this study^s findings will demonstrate how technology, organisation, and environment affect MSMEs^ desire to use online sales. The implications of this research indicate that technology, organizations and the environment can influence MSMEs to adopt technology so that they can survive and continue to compete.

Abstract
This research aims to determine the learning strategy at MI Muhammadiyah Jagalan, the implementation of the Creative Thinking Learning Strategy and the effectiveness of implementing the Creative Thinking Learning Strategy to improve thematic learning outcomes at MI Muhammadiyah Jagalan. This research is quantitative research using experimental methods. The subjects in this research were class V students at MI Muhammadiyah Jagalan and the population was the entire MI Muhammadiyah Jagalan about 135 students, and samples were drawn using the census method, namely the entire population was used as the research sample about 23 students. The data collection technique uses student learning outcomes tests in the form of Pretest and Post Test results, as well as data analysis techniques using the normality test and continued with hypothesis testing using the t test. The results of the research obtained pretest scores which were tested on 23 class V students, 5 students obtained scores above the KKM 75, then learning was carried out using the Creative Thinking Learning Strategy and continued with a Post Test with the same questions, 19 students obtained scores above the KKM 75. From normality test, obtained a value of Lo = 0.809 for the Pretest and Lo = 0.133 for the Post Test which is smaller than the L table value = 0.175 so that the students^ Pretest and Post Test scores are normally distributed. From the results of data processing using SPSS version 26.0 df, the output result was a df value of 22, degrees of freedom of 0.05, and a t table value of 2,093. Thus, because the calculated t value is 10.924 > t table 2.093, then according to the basis for decision making above, it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. So it can be explained that there is a significant t table influence of creative thinking learning strategies on thematic learning outcomes.

Abstract
This study explores the empowerment of women in agriculture within the Graha Tani Ruminansia Foundation in Subang, focusing on character development and self-reliance. In the context of agriculture as a primary sector in the economy, women in farming hold a central role, serving not only as technical practitioners but also as agents of social change. The Graha Tani Ruminansia Foundation has designed a holistic mentoring program to strengthen the roles and capacities of women in farming. Through a qualitative approach employing a case study methodology, this research reveals that women in farming within the foundation^s jurisdiction play strategic roles in agricultural management, including planning and decision-making. The mentoring program not only enhances technical farming skills but also cultivates the character and self-reliance of women in agriculture. The research findings indicate that the empowerment of women in agriculture has a positive impact on agricultural productivity, family income, and community well-being. Nevertheless, challenges persist related to economic factors and patriarchal cultural norms. The research concludes by emphasizing the importance of social support and addressing structural barriers to enhance the effectiveness of women^s empowerment in agriculture. The empowerment model implemented by the Graha Tani Ruminansia Foundation demonstrates potential replicability in various agricultural contexts. Recommendations include increasing social support, adapting empowerment models to local contexts, and implementing measures to improve gender equality and access to economic resources. Thus, this research not only contributes at the local level but also provides a foundation for sustainable social and economic development at the regional level.

Comic Strip Media Assisted By Digital Gamification: Increasing Student Behavior Targets And User Engagement In The Learning Process Sigit Dwi Laksana, Ayok Ariyanto, Moh. Tajab, Aldo Redho Syam, Lilis sumaryanti
Universitas Muhammadiyah Ponorogo
Abstract
Who doesn^t know comics? Comics are familiar reading material in people^s lives. Comic reading books have always been an attraction for various groups, both young and old. Many comic titles are offered in Indonesia. Comics in Indonesia experienced their heyday from 1968 to the 1970s and experienced a decline in the 1980s. Since the beginning of their existence, comics made in Japan and America have mostly offered stories with great characters.
There are many phenomena that often occur when we find children who often imitate scenes in comics, such as fights and fights. The use of comic media can stimulate students^ critical and creative abilities to solve complex problems in their lives. However, if it is used incorrectly it will have a bad impact.
This is not completely wrong. The advantage in the world of comics is that it is close to the world of children. Many people think that comics are reading for children. Parents are certainly worried because reading comics is considered to interfere with their children^s motivation to learn so they no longer want to read textbooks. Apart from that, being too engrossed in reading comics can cause a child^s priority in reading to decrease which should require children to read more readers, so what happens in several schools in Indonesia is that comic books are often confiscated. This is different from large countries such as Japan and the United States which view comic books as something positive and motivating. Quality comic books have been widely used and used as school textbooks in these countries. Educational comics are one answer to problems that occur. Good use will result in success in the learning process.
Educational comics provide quality reading sources. This is in accordance with the child^s level of cognitive development/knowledge and can foster talent and interest in reading in children, especially children in the class. The presence of technology adds more value to comic media, this media can be collaborated with several approaches, one of which is the gamification approach, we all know that gamification is an approach that includes game elements in a non-game environment. By including game elements in the comic strip, it will certainly increase user engagement and improve student behavior.

Indonesian University Students^ Engagement with Offline Application (ATMEN) in English as a Task Language Listening Classroom Abdul Kodir Al-Baekani, Iwan Ridwan, Sukanta
Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang
Abstract
There are many previous studies on learning media that use online applications in EFL listening classes. However, all the research was about the use of online applications. Thus, students^ engagement with the use of offline applications (ATMEN) in tertiary listening classes has received little attention in the second and foreign language listening literature. To fill this gap, the researchers explored how undergraduate students from a university in Indonesia perceived and engaged with the use of an offline application (ATMEN) in practicing their listening. Meanwhile, case study was used in this research. Data were collected from the documentation of the students^ practicing in listening, semi-structured interviews, and teacher-student conferences. All the data showed that the participants found the use of offline application (ATMEN) helpful. Most of the students felt positively engaged since they could practice listening independently with unlimited audio playback duration. They preferred the use of offline application (ATMEN) because this media helped them practice listening comprehension without internet. However, it was found that negative engagement emerged when they did not have device (computer with Windows OS). It mainly resulted from lack of this application since it can be used on the computer with Windows OS.

Abstract
The issue of children not attending school in Central Java, particularly at the high school level, presents a significant concern. While the School Participa-tion Rate for ages 7-12 remains above 99 percent, it declines to above 96 percent for ages 13-15 and further drops to 69.65 percent for ages 16-18 in 2021. This research aims to guide policy strategies for the Central Java Pro-vincial Government to address attending school and diminish its prevalence. Employing qualitative and quantitative methods, the study focused on seven districts with high attending school rates: Grobogan, Rembang, Brebes, and Purbalingga. Identified causes of attending school include economic factors, social and cultural influences, family and child backgrounds, limited access to educational services, environmental and geographical challenges, and dis-abilities. Proposed treatment strategies involve optimizing 12-year socializa-tion, reallocating educational assistance, providing schools, and facilitating special educational services. Prevention strategies include emphasizing edu-cation^s importance, prioritizing assistance for impoverished families with school-dependent children, fostering collaborations with local companies and universities, promoting inclusive education, and expanding networks for at-risk children. Policy directions advocate for fair completion regulations, supporting non-formal educational institutions, fostering collaboration, allo-cating diverse educational assistance, developing models, encouraging back-to-school programs, forming coordination teams, and targeting educational assistance effectively. This comprehensive approach seeks to tackle the complex issue of attending school and enhance educational opportunities for all in Central Java.
