Universitas Islam Nahdlatul Ulama Jepara, Indonesia
Universiti Teknologi Mara, Malaysia
Abstract
This study investigates the needs of students and lecturers concerning a digital assessment model designed to enhance Higher-Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) through a Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) framework. Addressing gaps in the integration of technology in education, the research explores how digital assessments can support critical thinking and practical application in higher education settings. Using a cross-sectional survey design, data were collected from 106 students and 21 lecturers in education departments across Central Java, Indonesia. Participants were selected based on purposive sampling, with lecturers having a minimum of five years of teaching experience. The findings reveal that students prioritize assessments that align with real-life scenarios, foster creativity, and are user-friendly. They also highlight the need for tools that support problem-solving and analytical skills. Lecturers emphasized the relevance of digital tools to pedagogical goals, the importance of professional development, and the necessity of addressing infrastructure challenges, such as connectivity and device availability. These results suggest that integrating HOTS-based assessments with CTL can bridge theoretical and practical learning, enhancing engagement and educational outcomes. The study contributes to educational technology by offering a dual perspective from students and lecturers, providing actionable insights for developing innovative digital assessments. Implications for practice include the need for professional training programs, improved infrastructure, and collaboration between educators and developers to design user-centered tools. Future research should explore the integration of advanced technologies and expand the scope to diverse educational contexts to validate and refine the proposed model.

Universitas Islam Nahdlatu Ulama Jepara
Abstract
Jepara Regency is an area that has quite large fish resources. This large fish potential needs to be managed in order to produce processed products that have high economic value. One of them is the Kembar fish processed UMKM which is included as a typical Jepara food. The current problem is that the processed Kembar fish product is not yet widely known to the public. This is due to the lack of creative promotional media that is carried out. The method implemented to overcome this problem is to implement the design of creative promotional media ^Below The Line Augmented Reality^ for Jepara Kembar fish product UMKM. Creation of creative media Below the Line, namely below-line media such as brochures, souvenirs, posters, billboards, packaging, product catalogs, all of which contain Augmented Reality (AR). So that it has an impact on increasing Brand Awareness on the Kembar UMKM product itself. An interesting promotional concept is a strategy to increase the competitiveness of UMKM so that it has an impact on increasing sales turnover. The output of this community service program is a Below The Line promotional media tool based on Augmented Reality and the use of technology-based media as a marketing medium. This is a unique positioning for twin UMKM because no UMKM in Jepara has ever used this promotional media.

Abstract
This study aims to describe the implementation of the methods of tahsin, ta-fahhum, tikrar, and muraja^ah in the Qur^anic memorization process by tahfiz students at Boarding School Bumi Kartini Jepara. It also seeks to identify the fac-tors that support and hinder the implementation of these methods in the pesantren. The research employs a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data was collected through observations, interviews with the caretakers, tahfiz teachers, and students, and documentation. Data analysis followed Robert K. Yin^s data tri-angulation procedure to ensure the validity of the findings. The study results show that applying tahsin, tafahhum, tikrar, and muraja^ah methods is effective in helping students improve their memorization of the Qur^an. Key factors include personal motivation, parental support, teachers, and a conducive social environ-ment. However, there are also hindering factors, such as the heavy school sched-ule, laziness, and difficulty managing time for muraja^ah. The conclusion of this study indicates that the success of memorization is strongly influenced by the combination of internal and external factors, as well as the importance of con-sistent guidance from teachers and a supportive environment. The implications of this research suggest the importance of better time management and increased motivation for students to maximize the effectiveness of these methods in Quranic memorization.

Abstract
The generalization capability of brain tumor segmentation models poses significant challenges in handling variations in the number of lesions per scan, lesion size and location within the brain, differences in MRI scanners and protocols used, and demographic factors such as age and gender. BraTS- GoAT provides an extensive training dataset to address these challenges. However, training models on large datasets re- quires substantial computational resources to achieve the de- sired segmentation and generalization performance. This re- search proposes using the Yaru3DFPN architecture with a data partitioning strategy to train multiple models. The train- ing dataset is divided into five parts, and each is used to train a separate Yaru3DFPN model. Each model is trained for 100 epochs, resulting in five segmentation models. Ensembling the five models to segment the validation dataset achieves lesion-wise dice scores of 68.95, 74.85, and 70.28 for ET, TC, and WT areas, respectively. These results demonstrate promising performance for further development.

Universitas Islam Nahdlatul Ulama Jepara
Abstract
The development of referral marketing in New Student Admissions (PPDB) at private Madrasah Aliyah in Central Java represents a critical shift from conventional marketing approaches to more effective strategies for increasing institutional competitiveness. This study examines how private Madrasah Aliyah institutions, facing significant challenges in meeting enrollment targets across more than 760 schools in Central Java, can leverage referral marketing through both online and offline channels.
The research identifies a comprehensive PPDB model that integrates multiple marketing channels: social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and WhatsApp) and traditional networks (alumni, charismatic figures, life skills programs, boarding school systems, and local content. This model emphasizes the power of personalized recommendations and trust-based marketing, which has proven more effective and cost-efficient compared to conventional advertising methods.
Data collected across different residencies in Central Java, including Banyumas, Kedu, Pekalongan, Semarang, Surakarta, and Pati, demonstrates varying adoption rates of these marketing channels. The study reveals that successful implementation of this integrated referral marketing approach can significantly increase new student enrollment numbers and enhance institutional competitiveness
The research employs the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model to systematically develop and implement the PPDB strategy. A key innovation is the introduction of the PPDB agent system, which actively involves students, teachers, staff, and parents in the recruitment process. This comprehensive approach offers private Madrasah Aliyah institutions a structured framework for improving their student recruitment efforts while building stronger community engagement.

Universitas Islam Nahdlatul Ulama Jepara
Abstract
Bullying remains a critical issue in pesantren (Islamic boarding schools), adversely affecting students^ mental health and social dynamics. This research aims to develop a story-based augmented reality (AR) application to prevent bullying, employing the Research and Development (R&D) methodology with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) as its framework. The study integrates culturally relevant narratives with AR technology to create an engaging and interactive learning experience, fostering empathy and enhancing students^ conflict resolution skills. The ADDIE model guides the development process: (1) Analysis identifies bullying behaviors and user needs through surveys and interviews with educators, students, and psychologists- (2) Design involves creating storyboards and AR prototypes aligned with Islamic values and pedagogical principles- (3) Development focuses on producing the AR application and refining it through expert validation. Results demonstrate that the AR application enhances students^ understanding of bullying^s consequences and encourages pro-social behaviors. The findings underscore the ADDIE model^s utility in systematically designing impactful educational interventions, providing a scalable framework for addressing bullying in pesantren and similar educational settings.

COMPARISON OF NATURAL COLOR RESULTS FROM MAHONY WOOD BY USING WATER FROM KARIMUNJAWA AND JEPARA ISLANDS IN MANUFACTURING NATURAL COLOR FOR BATIK FABRIC Drajad Wibowo, Sutarya
Universitas Islam Nahdlatul Ulama Jepara
Abstract
abstrak
Batik is a product of Indonesian culture which contains various philosophical values in every motif/ornament on every piece of cloth. The growth and development of batik continues to experience a good increase in every region in Indonesia, this is proven by the increasing number of new types of motifs and their local cultural significance. There are two types of batik cloth dyeing process, namely natural and synthetic colors. With the development of time, dyeing batik cloth with natural dyes has become increasingly popular as an environmentally friendly alternative to synthetic dyes. This research aims to compare the results of natural colors produced from mahogany skin using water from two different locations, namely Karimunjawa Island and Jepara. The material used as natural color uses mahogany trees, especially the bark which contains tannin, extracted using water from each location, then used to color mori cloth through the mordanting and dyeing process.
The research results show that water characteristics, such as pH, mineralization and ion content, have a significant effect on the intensity and stability of the color produced. Color measurements are carried out using a spectrophotometer to obtain quantitative data, as well as visual evaluation for qualitative observations. Data analysis shows a real difference in coloring results between water from Karimunjawa Island and Jepara, where water from Jepara produces more intense and brighter colors. This is indicated by a higher mineral content and a more optimal pH for tannin extraction.
This research provides new insight into the influence of water quality on natural dyeing results, and offers alternative dyes that are more environmentally friendly and sustainable in making batik. It is hoped that the results of this research can support the preservation of traditional dyeing techniques, tridharma of higher education and the development of a more environmentally conscious batik industry.

Abstract
Aggregate is the most common material used in making asphalt mixtures. Meanwhile, the materials provided by natural resources are very limited. Continuous use can damage the environment. So it is necessary to innovate to replace materials from nature. One aggregate that needs to be tried is artificial aggregate using coal waste in the form of fly ash. This research aims to find out: (1). Optimum aggregate content in mixture variations with a mixture percentage of 100% natural aggregate 0% artificial aggregate,
50% artificial aggregate 50% natural aggregate, and 100% artificial aggregate 0% natural aggregate in the AC-BC(2) asphalt mixture. Marshall characteristics of asphalt mixtures using AC-BC aggregate gradations
using artificial aggregates derived from geopolymer concrete paste. This research uses artificial geopolymer aggregates used in AC-BC asphalt mixtures as a substitute for coarse aggregate. There are four samples each
with variations of 0%, 50% and 100% using one asphalt content, namely 5%. The results obtained in the research show that from variations of 0%, 50%, and 100%, the use of artificial aggregate with an asphalt content of 5% has results that do not meet the specification requirements so that the optimum aggregate content cannot be drawn.
