Abstract

Pancasila education plays a vital role in shaping the nation^s character and instilling national values in students from an early age. However, the implementation of Pancasila education at the elementary school level faces challenges, particularly in the use of teaching materials that are less relevant to students^ individual needs and abilities. This study aims to develop a differentiated e-module based on NoHaKi (Non-Hakim) designed to enhance the civic knowledge of fifth-grade elementary school students. This research adopts the Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The analysis phase identifies students^ and teachers^ needs for innovative teaching materials. The module is designed with a differentiated approach, allowing students to learn according to their styles and skill levels. Product validation was carried out by subject matter and educational media experts, while a limited trial was conducted with fifth-grade students in elementary schools. The results indicate that the differentiated e-module based on NoHaKi is effective in improving students^ civic knowledge. This is evidenced by a significant increase in pretest and posttest scores after using the module, as well as positive feedback from teachers and students regarding the module^s design and content. Thus, this e-module serves as a relevant alternative teaching material to support Pancasila education in elementary schools.
