Abstract
The aim of this research is to develop a screening tool for assessment of Moral and Religious Values (NAM) which can be used as a pre-learning aid for early childhood at KB Talenta Kudus. This tool is expected to facilitate teachers in identifying children^s moral and religious readiness before starting the formal learning process. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate) development model. The results of the research show that the NAM screening tool is effective in increasing early childhood learning readiness, especially in the context of moral and religious learning.
