Abstract
This study aims to see how a private company^s digital marketing strategy is used to develop employees. Digital marketing has become one of the main components of contemporary marketing. Still, its success is highly dependent on the capabilities of its employees and their understanding of how to use digital engineering. This study investigates how a company develops its human resources through digital marketing training as part of its marketing strategy and how it affects its performance and results. The methods include in-depth interviews with managers and staff, case studies, and quantitative data analysis from the company^s marketing reports. This study shows that investment in employee development increases the effectiveness of digital marketing, customer engagement, and sales. This study found that employee development is critical in successfully implementing digital marketing. It can also be a valuable model for companies looking to optimize their digital marketing strategies.
