Abstract
This community service activity aims to increase the accountability of the Pesona Lestari Plajan Village tourism awareness group (Pokdarwis) through organizational governance training. The training is designed to strengthen the capacity of Pokdarwis in implementing the principles of good governance, including financial management, program planning, and preparing transparent and accurate reports. The main target of this activity is Pokdarwis which is the main driver in managing community-based tourism. Implementation methods include delivery of material, group discussions, and simulations of implementing governance. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants^ understanding and skills in aspects of organizational accountability and management. Another positive impact is the emergence of a commitment to managing tourist destinations more professionally, transparently and responsibly.
