Abstract
Bullying is still an important issue that affects the character of elementary school students, including at SDN 3 Ujungbatu Jepara. The level of student awareness of anti-bullying attitudes is still low, which has an impact on less than optimal character building. This study aims to describe the implementation of digital journaling as an innovative media in building an anti-bullying culture while improving students literacy skills. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. Data were obtained through observation, interviews and document analysis from the principal, teachers and students of SDN 3 Ujungbatu Jepara. The results showed that the implementation of digital journaling had a positive impact on teachers ability to use educational technology as a medium of learning to instill literacy and anti-bullying values in students with a percentage of 87.5%. In addition, through digital journaling students conduct daily reflections by writing down experiences and expressing thoughts with a percentage of 88.5%. The implementation of digital journaling at SDN 3 Ujungbatu had an impact in building students anti-bullying attitudes, improving teachers technology skills, and instilling empathy and literacy values in students. Supporting factors for this implementation are teachers enthusiasm for technological innovation and the schools commitment to anti-bullying. However, the main challenges include limited technology facilities and teachers varying levels of digital literacy. This proves that a technology-based approach can be an innovative solution in addressing the issue of bullying in elementary schools
