Abstract

After years of production, list of product then becoming huge. This situation potentially causing some problem in the market which is complex internal competition. Furthermore, internal competition makes material stock become complicated, related to sourcing as well. Brainstorming to decide simplification is not easy to do, unless implementing decision support system. Data mining with clustering method helps more effectively to decide top three of product list considering some criteria. As result of this research is sales growth compare to last full year and achievement also.
