Design and Build of Web Based Lecture Attendance System Using Fingerprint on Local Area Network Ledi Diniyatullah, Aziz Musthafa, Anisa Dzulkarnain

Abstract
The attendance system is very important to know someone^s whereabouts somewhere. One of the real aspects of the impact of COVID-19 is in terms of attendance. University of Darussalam Gontor Female Campus currently has implemented daily attendance that must be filled in by all lecturers and education staff, but the attendance is still in the form of documents in paper form. As a result, there are often problems in filling attendance. These obstacles include fraud, recapitulation and attendance reports. Some of these obstacles can be overcome by the existence of a web-based application for the presence of lecturers at University of Darussalam Gontor Female Campus. This research aims to convenience of the lecture attendance system process. This system uses the CodeIgniter framework and MySQL for data storage. The result of this research is that there is a web-based system that is used to process attendance data, user data and report data. Testing this system using the Black-box method following user needs and to determine the success of a web-based presence system. The feasibility analysis of the website using the Webqual framework shows that the quality of this website is in the proper category. The next research can improve the design of user interface and the attendance system.
