Prototype Feature Identification of O-Semar: Online Smart Integration Application for RT RW using Mixed Method Computer Science Department, Abstract Abstract-In the midst of the current corona pandemic, considerably changes human lifestyles. What was formerly done face-to-face must now be done virtually. This has an influence not only on lifestyle but also on the governing system, especially in Malang city, Indonesia. The government is heavily utilizing technology in order to keep community services functioning smoothly, while still adhering to health regulations. Unfortunately, in the Malang and Surabaya cities, the use of this technology has not been fairly divided by each region. This is the background for each and every small aspect of this government, including the independence of the neighbourhood & hamlet. Because all recording, reporting, and monitoring are still done traditionally, this management level on the neighbourhood & hamlet scale is generally a scourge for them. Furthermore, in the midst of an outbreak like this, the residents, neighbourhoods, and hamlets are worried about having interaction face to face on a regular basis. On the one hand, it must retain credibility as the public^s guardian- on the other hand, the COVID-19 outbreak places restrictions on it. This is the backdrop for researchers to conduct a preliminary study of the O-SEMAR (Smart Integrated System for neighbourhood & hamlet) prototype using Web apps in the Purwodadi Malang and Sukolilo Surabaya urban villages. The methods used are deep interview (qualitative) and Pearson correlation analysis (quantitative), while the design used is use case diagrams and class diagrams. The expert will then examine the feature results to verify and validate them. These features include facilitating resident administration, such as reporting citizens, village fees, citizen administration logs, and citizen announcements, starting with sending letters to neighbourhood, hamlet, and continuing until the letter is ready to be taken. The O-Semar prototype has several features to make public services more accessible with minimal engagement (contactless Keywords: Public Services, District, Web Apps, Contactless, Covid-19 Topic: Computer Science |
