: This study investigates the impact of digital technology on enhancing the competitiveness of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Balintawak, Philippines. Through an exploration of digital tools and strategies, the research aims to identify key factors contributing to improved competitiveness in this specific business landscape
Purpose
: This research aims to investigate the impact of digital technology on Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) within the Balintawak Public Market in the Philippines. The primary purpose is to identify how the adoption of digital tools influences the competitiveness of these businesses in the local market.
Method
: The study employs a quantitative method with descriptive approach or design, combining surveys and interviews with MSME owners and managers in Balintawak Public Market.
