Speed up Uneducated Children^s Education in Central Java through Community Learning 1 Central Java Regional Research and Innovation Agency, Semarang, Central Java Province, Indonesia Abstract The issue of children not attending school in Central Java, particularly at the high school level, presents a significant concern. While the School Participa-tion Rate for ages 7-12 remains above 99 percent, it declines to above 96 percent for ages 13-15 and further drops to 69.65 percent for ages 16-18 in 2021. This research aims to guide policy strategies for the Central Java Pro-vincial Government to address attending school and diminish its prevalence. Employing qualitative and quantitative methods, the study focused on seven districts with high attending school rates: Grobogan, Rembang, Brebes, and Purbalingga. Identified causes of attending school include economic factors, social and cultural influences, family and child backgrounds, limited access to educational services, environmental and geographical challenges, and dis-abilities. Proposed treatment strategies involve optimizing 12-year socializa-tion, reallocating educational assistance, providing schools, and facilitating special educational services. Prevention strategies include emphasizing edu-cation^s importance, prioritizing assistance for impoverished families with school-dependent children, fostering collaborations with local companies and universities, promoting inclusive education, and expanding networks for at-risk children. Policy directions advocate for fair completion regulations, supporting non-formal educational institutions, fostering collaboration, allo-cating diverse educational assistance, developing models, encouraging back-to-school programs, forming coordination teams, and targeting educational assistance effectively. This comprehensive approach seeks to tackle the complex issue of attending school and enhance educational opportunities for all in Central Java.
