Abstract

Background: Reproductive health according to (Fithrini, 2013) is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being, which is not solely free from disease or disability, in all matters relating to the reproductive system, as well as its functions and processes. Knowledge about reproductive health is very much needed by the community, especially young women residents. World Health Organization (WHO) survey in 2016, adolescent age groups (10-19 years) occupy one fifth of the world^s population, and 83% of them live in developing countries
Research Objectives: To determine the relationship between Reproductive Health Counseling with Knowledge and attitude of Young Women in Manarul Huda Islamic Boarding School in Ciamis Regency.
Research Methods: The type of research used was analytic survey. The population in this study were young women at Manarul Huda Ciamis Islamic Boarding School. The method of sampling in this study was total sampling, totaling 49 respondents.
Research Results: Stating that there is a relationship between Reproductive Health Counseling and Knowledge of Adolescent Girls in Manarul Huda Islamic Boarding School in Ciamis Regency, with a significance value on the results showed (p = 0.013 <0.05). The results of the study stated that there is a relationship between Reproductive Health Counseling and Attitudes of Adolescent Girls in Manarul Huda Islamic Boarding School in Ciamis Regency, with a significance value on the results showed (p = 0.024 <0.05).
