Abstract
The advent of the Society 5.0 era has ushered in a digital transformation that significantly impacts the educational landscape, particularly in early childhood education. The presence of technology must be accompanied by the instillation of religious values in students, through various learning media, including digital learning media. This transformation necessitates that teachers not only possess technological proficiency but also uphold and integrate religious values within digital learning environments. This study investigates how kindergarten teachers affiliated with the Ikatan Guru Taman Kanak-Kanak (IGTKI) in Katapang Subdistrict, Bandung Regency, implement religious values through the utilization of convergent media in their teaching practices. Employing a quantitative with descriptive approach, data were collected via observations, surveys, focus group discussions, and documentation, and subsequently analyzed descriptively. Findings reveal that while teachers acknowledge the importance of embedding religious values in digital media usage, they encounter challenges such as limited technological proficiency and insufficient curriculum support. Nonetheless, with targeted training and professional development, teachers can effectively serve as role models, demonstrating the harmonious integration of technology and religious principles in early childhood education. This underscores the necessity for developing integrated curricula and comprehensive teacher training programs that align technological advancements with the inculcation of religious values, ensuring a balanced and holistic educational experience for young learners.

Universitas Islam Bandung
Abstract
Inclusive education in early childhood settings requires teachers to have adaptive teaching strategies that accommodate the diverse needs of learners, including children with special needs. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of differentiated instruction training in improving the competence of early childhood education (ECE) teachers in managing inclusive classrooms. The training was carried out in Tamansari Village, Bandung Wetan Subdistrict, and involved 16 PAUD teachers with no formal background in special education. The intervention included a structured series of activities: conceptual workshops on inclusive education and differentiated learning, simulation of inclusive classroom practices, microteaching sessions, and guided lesson plan (RPP) development based on the Merdeka Curriculum. To assess the effectiveness, a pretest-posttest design was applied using a Likert-scale scoring rubric with a maximum score of 20.
The results revealed a statistically significant improvement in teachers^ competence. The average score increased from 10.00 (SD=2.34) before training to 18.56 (SD=1.09) after training, with a p-value of <0.0001 based on paired t-test analysis. Teachers reported increased understanding of various types of special needs, improved ability to adapt instructional strategies, and enhanced confidence in managing inclusive classrooms. The study confirms that targeted training in differentiated instruction not only builds pedagogical competence but also fosters an inclusive mindset. It is recommended that similar training programs be integrated into teacher professional development frameworks to promote equitable and inclusive education in early childhood settings.

Universitas Islam Bandung
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the innovations carried out by the Higher Education Service Institution (LLDIKTI) Region IV in strengthening the implementation of the Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI) in Private Universities (PTS) in West Java and Banten. Based on clustering data, there are still many PTS in the red zone (reporting <50%) and yellow (50-80%), which indicates low readiness and understanding of the implementation of SPMI. LLDIKTI IV initiated several acceleration strategies, including the SPMI Clinic, the Regional Facilitator Strengthening Program, and the development of innovations such as monitoring dashboards, SPMI pocket books, and guidelines for Higher Education Institutions. The results of the activities showed a significant increase in the number of PTS moving to the green zone (reporting >80%), which indicates that the validity of the SPMI documents and the effectiveness of quality implementation are increasing. These findings indicate that systematic intervention and intensive technical assistance have a positive impact on the readiness of institutions to carry out the PPEPP cycle in a complete and sustainable manner. This study recommends strengthening regional facilitators, replication of good practices, and improving quality culture as strategic steps in expanding the impact of SPMI implementation throughout Indonesia as a form of innovation in SPMI implementation.

Abstract
Entrepreneurship is a strategic issue in community engagement due to its contribution to reducing unemployment and promoting innovation-driven economic growth. Higher education institutions play a vital role in fostering entrepreneurial mindsets among students through theoretical learning and practical experience. The success of entrepreneurship programs is greatly influenced by the effectiveness and sustainability of mentoring, as well as participants^ readiness in areas such as digital literacy, business innovation, and access to a supportive entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Universitas Islam Bandung, through the Management Study Program, responded to this challenge by implementing the Entrepreneurship Development Program (PPK) using a participatory and collaborative approach. The program included student recruitment, motivational training, and intensive business mentoring. One of the key focuses of the program was the integration of AI-based training as a support tool for entrepreneurship development. AI tools such as ChatGPT or Bard were introduced for conducting fundamental business research, while Pictory.ai, Canva, and Gamma.app were used to create content that enhances brand awareness and interest.
The implementation of the program yielded significant outcomes: all participants successfully obtained legal business status (NIB and certifications), developed products protected by intellectual property rights, and published scientific articles and media features. Collaboration with HIPMI PT further strengthened the entrepreneurial ecosystem on campus. These achievements demonstrate that a practice-based approach combined with continuous mentoring effectively enhances entrepreneurial awareness and intention among students, while also contributing to the university^s key performance indicators.

Abstract
Total Quality Management (TQM) is a framework that emphasizes long-term organizational success through customer satisfaction and the continuous improvement of operational processes. However, its application to micro-level enterprises such as fruit and vegetable vendors remains underexplored, particularly in addressing challenges such as inadequate storage, inconsistent supply management, and poor-quality control. This study aimed to enhance the TQM practices of fruit and vegetable vendors to minimize stock-outs and overstocks, reduce spoilage, and maintain product quality. Using a descriptive research design, data were gathered through a validated survey questionnaire administered to vendors in the Fruits and Vegetables Market Section of Villasis, Pangasinan. The results, analyzed through frequency counts, percentages, and weighted means, revealed that vendors generally demonstrate high levels of TQM practice. Furthermore, significant relationships were identified between selected business profile variables namely, daily operating hours, average monthly expenses, and the number of helpers and the effectiveness of TQM practices in inventory management, supply management, and quality control. These findings suggest that larger and more resource-equipped vendors are better positioned to implement consistent quality standards. Despite these practices, the study underscores the need for continuous improvement. To institutionalize quality assurance, a policy brief is recommended for submission to the Local Government of Villasis, Pangasinan, advocating for the standardization of quality monitoring and evaluation mechanisms to ensure high-quality produce in local markets.

Abstract
Retail thrift shops occupy a unique space in the local economy bridging affordability, sustainability, and community livelihood. Yet, like many small enterprises, they are constantly tested by shifting consumer preferences, rapid technological change, economic volatility, and environmental pressures. These challenges often translate into profitability struggles and, for some, eventual closure. This study explored how thrift shop owners utilize management accounting practices to navigate both internal and external forces that shape their operations. Employing a quantitative-descriptive approach, data were gathered from 29 thrift shop owners in Urdaneta City, Pangasinan, Philippines and analyzed using frequency counts and weighted averages. Results revealed that while management accounting techniques such as cost management, inventory management, and cash and budget control are practiced, their application remains at a moderate level. External pressures, including inflation, societal trends, and intensified market competition, continue to weigh heavily on profitability. The findings emphasize that survival in the thrift retail sector cannot rely on tradition alone- it demands a more deliberate integration of accounting practices with strategic foresight and adaptive innovation. Strengthening financial management, enhancing record-keeping, and aligning operations with broader sustainability practices are critical pathways to resilience. This study recommends the development of structured support mechanisms through academic institutions, local governments, and business associations that can help thrift shops maximize efficiency, reduce vulnerability, and sustain their contribution to local economic vitality

New Hope School of Agriculture and Fishery, Inc.
Abstract
Division is a challenging operation as students misinterpret word problems, struggle to apply context-appropriate approaches, and execute procedural errors. This study investigates the common errors committed by Grade 3 pupils in dividing whole numbers, focusing on five key areas: reading, comprehension, transformation, process skills, and encoding. Utilizing a mixed-methods research design, the study began with a diagnostic phase involving 100 randomly selected participants. Based on the diagnostic results, 15 informants were purposively selected to participate in the subsequent quantitative and qualitative stages of the research. Quantitative data were collected using a six-item, researcher-developed, competency-based test- with each item further analyzing the areas error analysis. Qualitative data were gathered through a semi-structured interview guide and participants^ answer sheets. Frequency and percentage were used to present quantitative results, while thematic and documentary analysis were utilized to examine qualitative data. Findings revealed that errors in process skills were the most prevalent, with students frequently skipping steps, mishandling remainders, and showing limited procedural fluency. Comprehension and transformation errors were also notable, particularly in interpreting word problems and converting real-life situations into mathematical equations. Based on the findings, a targeted academic intervention plan was developed, emphasizing step-by-step instruction in division, reinforcement of basic multiplication skills, and integration of real-world problem-solving activities. The study underscores the importance of addressing foundational gaps in mathematical proficiency to enhance students^ division skills and offers a practical framework for teachers to improve learning outcomes, ultimately contributing to the broader goal of strengthening mathematics education at the elementary level.
