DIGITAL LITERACY OF PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES (Case Study in West Java Province) National Research and Innovation Agency Abstract The digital transformation creates several opportunities for society, including those for vulnerable and limited individuals with disabilities. The digital divide can be seen in a few contexts, including device access and ownership, internet adoption, internet use, and knowledge acquisition. One of the benefits of digital literacy is the participation of people with disabilities and their opportunity to participate in the digital age. This study aims to determine the level of digital literacy of people with disabilities and sociodemographic relationships, the use of digital devices, and the internet to digital literacy.This research employed quantitative research methods, the population of this study is people with disabilities in West Java Province with a physical and sensory disability analysis unit (blind, deaf/mute). The Slovin approach was used to choose representative samples of respondents. Proportional random sampling was used as the sampling method.
