Abstract
Introduction: Laboratory anticoagulants are acidic, resulting in a fall in blood hydrogen potential (pH), an increase in plasma oxygen (PO2) levels, and a reduction in hemoglobin levels. This study intends to assess the difference in hemoglobin levels between blood gas analysis (BGA) examinations performed with sodium heparin and lithium heparin anticoagulants utilizing Ethylene Diamine Tetraacetic Acid (EDTA) anticoagulants.
Method: Analytical observational research was performed on sixty samples of hemoglobin concentration test findings on BGA examination of arterial patients who were not receiving anticoagulant medication.
Results: Statistical analysis obtained the results of differences in hemoglobin concentrations examined using anticoagulants sodium heparin with EDTA (p-value = 0.000). Hemoglobin concentrations examined using anticoagulants lithium heparin with EDTA (p-value 0.002).
Conclusions: There was a substantial difference in the assessment of hemoglobin concentration with sodium and lithium heparin anticoagulants and with EDTA anticoagulants. The final concentration of heparin-blood and dilution in the blood is the result of selecting anticoagulant kinds and quantities, thus it must be taken into account when collecting blood samples because it affects laboratory test findings.

Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang, Jl. HS. Ronggo Waluyo, Telukjambe Timur, Karawang, Jawa Barat, Indonesia - 41361.
Abstract
As stated in Parmenides (2016) Village Potential or abbreviated as Podes is a resource social, economic, and ecological resource in the Village, which can be developed to improve village community welfare. Podes are generally an important component that must be known since early a Village. However, sometimes Podes are not aware of their existence in several villages District, this is usually because the village community does not understand or even know how to do it in developing and utilizing the natural resources that exist in the Village, also managing resources human resources that can improve the standard of living of its people. Based on the statement above the researcher intends to analyze and explore how the actual problems experienced by the Village and how big or strong the Village Potential is owned by several villages in Cikampek District by using the Fuzzy Logic Approach. The fuzzy Logic method will be used to identify problems that often occur in village development and to know the village potential in Cikampek District according to data released by BPS for Cikampek District in Figures 2018 and several criteria for Village issued by IDM (2015). The created fuzzy set consists of 4 variable inputs namely Natural Resources (SDA), Human Resources (HR), Institutions (KL) and Infrastructure (PSR), and 1 output variable, namely Village Potential (PD). According to IDM data for 2018 which states that Of the 10 villages in Cikampek District, there is 1 village that has the Low Village category, 2 Highest Villages, and 7 Middle Village. However, the results of the analysis are applied and implemented in a fuzzy form if seen, potential in each village showed quite good results. Where are the 10 villages in the District Cikampek that have the potential that can be developed? This is because based on the results of interviews and filling out the questionnaire, show that on average 10 villages in the Cikampek District have the potential in the small industry category. This small industry potential category includes the community being able to develop the industry work, food needs, and clothing in each of these villages.

Abstract
Early blight disease initiated by the fungus Alternaria solani causes a reduction in tomato harvests of up to 86%. Identification of these diseases manually was prone to identification errors. Thus, it was required to involve deep learning to reduce oversight. This study aimed to determine the performance of the CNN pre-trained model, namely DenseNet based on transfer learning, for the identification of early blight disease in tomatoes. The transfer learning technique was carried out by changing the last layer in the model used. The total image data of as many as 3,000 datasets consisting of early blight, healthy, and other disease types were divided into training, validation, and testing data. The data was trained to employ 8 different modelling scenarios based on the percentage of data sharing, and a combination of hyperparameter tuning. The evaluation results obtained the A4 model as the best model, which uses 2,400 training data, 300 validation data, and 300 testing data. Using a dense layer of 8 neurons, as well as the Adam optimizer with a learning rate of 0.00001. The model succeeded in obtaining validation accuracy values of 91.33%, testing accuracy of 90%, average precision of 90%, average recall of 90%, and testing time of 1.75 seconds. In addition, during the model testing process, it was found that the model was less optimal if it identifies new data with conditions, and background images that blend with the identified leaf objects.

Abstract
The COVID-19 pandemic began at the end of 2019 and quickly spread over the planet. It began in Jakarta, Indonesia, in the beginning of March 2020. Jakarta saw the greatest number of confirmed cases during the initial pandemic year due to its dense population. This has sparked worries about the responsiveness of the city^s healthcare systems and accessi-bility to healthcare, which is crucial for regulating the dynamics of illness and death. To address the need for hospital beds, a number of hospitals in Jakarta have been designated COVID-19 healthcare centers. Studies on healthcare acces-sibility are generally accessible, however there is a dearth of studies examining the effects of healthcare accessibility given the severity of the COVID-19 epidemic. In the first year of the COVID-19 pandemic, this study intends to analyze the spatiotemporal dynamics of healthcare accessibility in relation to COVID-19 cases and its impact on case fatality rate (CFR). In order to compare the accessibility of COVID-19 healthcare with the monthly statistics of the COVID-19 in-fected population, two stages floating catchment area was adopted. Following these investigations, the accessibility scores are analyzed using Product Moment Pearson correlation with the CFR to look at the relationship. This study^s findings indicate that there is only a weak negative link between healthcare accessibility and CFR, which is not statisti-cally significant.

Integrating Remote Sensing (RS) and Geographic Information System (GIS) for Carbon Sequestration Monitoring in Tropical Watershed Danardono (*)- Taryono: M. Syaifuddin Al-Faqih
Land Resources Laboratory, Faculty of Geography, Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta
email : danardono[at]ums.ac.id
Abstract
Watershed has a lot of functions related to ecosystem protection. The existence of vegetation in protected forest or other vegetation area in watershed can absorb some carbon from atmosphere through photosyntesis process. In fact, this carbon sequestration potential is declining due to vegetated land conversion phenomena. Therefore, the monitoring of carbon sequestration in watershed area needs to be done. However, it faces a problem due to a large size of watershed area in tropical region, so the carbon sequestration cannot be measured by using field monitoring. By combining remote sensing data and geographic information system (GIS), the potential of carbon sequestration in large watershed can be measured frequently, so the problem can be solved. This research aim to analyze the dynamic change of terrestrial carbon sequestration in Upper Bengawan Solo during 2015 until 2021. In this research, carbon sequestration potential was modelled by using Net Primary Productivity value in Upper Bengawan Solo Watershed. Net Primary Productivity was measured by using CASA method used Landsat 8 OLI Imagery and Meteorological Data from Badan Meteorologi dan Klimatologi (BMKG) Indonesia. The results show that the carbon sequestration in Upper Bengawan Solo during six years decreased. The biggest decreasing happens in sub-urban area surrounded the urban area in Surakarta city. The carbon sequestration decreasing also happens in upper region which has a vegetated area. It indicates that there are environmental change in this watershed during this period due to either physical or human interfere. Meanwhile, by using remote sensing and GIS, the spatial distribution of carbon sequestration change can be known, so it can be used to pinpoint the location which needs to prior attention based on the higher level of this changes. The areas in Upper Bengawan Solo Watershed that have a big change in carbon sequestration are in the northern of Sukoharjo Regency and the steep slopes area in the western of Klaten Regency and the eastern of Wonogiri Regency. This research implies that combining of RS and GIS can help carbon sequestration monitoring more quick and cost-limited.

Abstract
The local resolving set is a subset of vertex set in graph that introduced by Okamoto et al at 2010. It is refer to a subset where is for every two adjacent vertices in graph has different representation with the subset. Previously, in 1975 and 1988, Slater introduced the location set and reference set as another term of resolving set and minimum resolving set, respectively, and it was became a first time the idea of resolving set introduced. In this paper, we are develop a new concept refer to locating set and reference set by Slater and local resolving set by Okamoto, then combaining it with a central vertices of a simple and connected graph called as central local locating set and central local reference set. A new concept of a central local locating set and central local reference set are developed by observation and literature study of related concept. We used some class of graph, such as complete graph, complete bipartite graph, and sun graph to apply main definition of central local locating set and find their central local reference set. Then, the result will be formulate in a theorema that apply for general case. In addition, some lemmas is necessary need to support the proving of theorems in main results. The result are the central local reference set of complete graph and complete bipartite graph are equal with their vertex set. Meanwhile, the central local reference set of sun graph is equal with vertex set of its cycle. This is give a implication that since both of radius and diameter of complete graph and complete bipartite graph are equal so their central local reference set equal with their total vertex, meanwhile on sun graph both of radius and diameter different.
