Universitas Jember
Abstract
Reform of local government financial management in Indonesia has been going on since 2003. In the context of financial reporting, government accountants are required to have the ability to meet government financial reporting standards. On the other hand, the quantity and quality of human resources in accounting are very limited in government circles. This study aims to reveal how financial reporting personnel in local government understand government financial reporting standards. This study uses a qualitative case study method. Researchers conducted in-depth interviews with eight financial reporting personnel. The stages of data analysis started with data coding, categorization of meaning, data reduction, and compiling conclusions. The process of understanding accounting personnel is not only through training and workshops, but mostly through interactions with auditors. This interaction occurs naturally due to audit findings or differences of opinion between the auditor and the auditee. This research implies that the understanding of accounting personnel is not only triggered by formal education, training, and workshops but rather by social interaction when carrying out an assignment.

Abstract
Cities in Indonesia experience an imbalance of public green open space that must be provided. There should be around 20% of the total land area for public green open space. The city of Jakarta still has around 0.07% of available public green open space. While the city of Surabaya is also still available around 16.31%. So that management is needed that must be immediately carried out by various parties including the government, stakeholders, and the community to jointly control public green open spaces provided in urban areas according to predetermined minimum requirements. This study aims to describe how new urban governance controls public green open spaces in Indonesia. This study uses a type of qualitative research with the help of Nvivo 12 Plus software to analyze data obtained from secondary data sources. The results of this study indicate that controlling public green open spaces in Indonesia still does not have strong coordination between actors. Multi-level government still often experiences overlapping authorities, unification of goals between stakeholders, the government, and the public who still have different interests. A balanced and well-managed urban system requires a strategy that includes long-term and cross-sectoral national and regional/territorial policies that provide support and coordination from different levels of government and ensure the efficient use of resources

Department of Social Welfare, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang
Abstract
People living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA) are the most vulnerable group to be infected and experience death and powerlessness during the Covid 19 pandemic. It^s because physically PLWHA have relatively low immune systems and have a number of co-morbidities. Psychologically, during the Covid 19 period, a number of people, including PLWHA, experienced various psychological pressures such as stress and paranoia. During the Covid-19 era, it was difficult times economically and socially due to the implementation of the health protocol. This event is the second adversity experienced by PLWHA, where the first adversity was during the initial period of being infected with HIV/AIDS. Even so, a number of PLWHA have successfully overcome these adversities. They continue to survive and struggle through resilience strategies to stay healthy and empowered to face risks due to the covid 19 pandemic. This research was designed with the aims- 1) describe the adversities faced by PLWHA during the Covid 19 Pandemic- 2) describe the resilience strategies of PLWHA in dealing with adversity during the Covid 19 Pandemic. The research approach used is qualitative with a narrative research type. For data collection used in-depth interview techniques, observation and FGD. Meanwhile to determine the sample used snowballing. Meanwhile, to analyze the data used interactive analysis techniques from Hubberman and Sadana. The results of the study showed that a number of adversity were experienced by PLWHA during the Covid 19 pandemic, namely feelings of depression due to experiencing anxiety, paranoia infection and death due to Covid 19. During the Covid pandemic, 19 also made PLWHA economically vulnerable due to loss of jobs and income, vulnerable psychologically, such as stress and paranoia, and socially vulnerable with increased stigma and discrimination if infected with Covid 19. However, in fact, this group has quite high resilience in dealing with this vulnerability. The success of resilience in dealing with various adversities first, when dealing with HIV/AIDS infection and its impact became a reserve of knowledge for resilience. Several other factors for resilience are the attitude of adapting to Covid 19, fortitude and joy, health behavior and health beliefs, building social support, creating a creative economy and utilizing existing resources as a way to earn income to meet the needs of his/her-self and his/her-family in the covid 19 pandemic era.

Program Studi Desain Interior, Fakultas Seni Rupa dan Desain, Institut Seni Indonesia Denpasar, Denpasar, Indonesia
Abstract
Ghost kitchen is one of the culinary entrepreneurs^ creative efforts to survive, adapt and revive in the post-Covid-19 pandemic. This culinary business has a place to produce food but doesn^t need a place for visitors to consume its products. This concept is then increasingly popular with the presence of online-based delivery service providers such as Go-food, Grab-Food, Shopee Food, and several similar online services. This research aims to study the ghost kitchen phenomenon, which does not require ample space but can still operate from a human and built-environment point of view. The method used is a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The research results show that a ghost kitchen is an option because of the ease of opening a business with small capital, employee efficiency, lower risk, a new style of business spirit, and the support of online-based delivery services via smartphones. The Ghost Kitchen concept does not require ample space or specific interior design to attract visitors. They promoted social media using product photos and testimonials to attract attention. Abstract
The purpose of the research is to investigate two critical questions based on existing research, which are related to what factors affect peoples satisfaction with e-government services and what things can affect the interest that people want to use electronic services provided by the government. This is undoubtedly an essential concern for the government, which has invested many resources to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of public services. Although many studies have proven that satisfaction affects an interest in using e-government services, few still discuss these two relationships into a single model that can be used to face the challenges of accepting e-government services. This study conducts a systematic literature review using the method proposed by Kitchenham with a combination of Webster and Watson in summarizing previous research in e-government and Information System design science. From formulating research questions, searching and collecting data, determining the criteria and quality of the study to extracting and analyzing data. Interest in the use of e-government has not been widely studied and is the focus of future studies. The research findings show that performance expectancy is the dominant factor influencing user satisfaction and adoption of e-government services directly and indirectly. Meanwhile, citizen satisfaction has a direct influence on the adoption of e-government. It is hoped that public service leaders and researchers who develop the scientific field of government information systems can learn and take advantage of the systems advantages to increase peoples satisfaction and interest in using e-government services.

Kezia Levronka^s ^Tak Ingin Usai^ Phenomenon in the Context of Music Industry Ni Wayan Ardini
Institut Seni Indonesia Denpasar
Abstract
Many audiences are still curious about Kezia Levronka^s failure to bring live the high notes of her flagship song ^Tak Ingin Usai^ (Never Want to End). This study will analyze the pros and cons of what happened and place it in the context of the music industry. The data were taken from videos on the YouTube channel which were then analyzed qualitatively with the help of the intertext method through interviews with music and vocal experts. The results of the study show that the musicality of ^Tak Ingin Usai^ is really melodious. In the chorus there is a high note line which is the climax of the song and the most awaited part. In an industrial context, failures like this are common. What sets it apart from other cases is that, in the case of ^Tak Ingin Usai^, there is a deep extremity between the audience^s expectations and what a singer can actually show on a live stage.

Communication Science, Universitas Trunojoyo Madura, PO BOX 02 Kamal, Bangkalan, Indonesia
Abstract
Salt production in Indonesia is still centered on Madura in terms of production volume and production human resources. Madura also contributes salt production workers who are scattered in various areas of the north coast of Java, such as Surabaya, Gresik, Sidoarjo, Pasuruan to Rembang and NTT. However, the social network that has been built is still not visible so that in strengthening the capacity of human resources tomap empowerment activities or other activitiesit is still sporadic. This Research Aims to describe is the mapping of the communication network that occurs in salt production workers in Madura. This research design method can be categorized as an explanatory mixed method research. It is a research process in which quantitative data is collected through structured interviews with salt production workers and then sociogram analysis is carried out through UCINEt. Sociogram results show that some communication interactions in the bonding relationship network are still dominated. This can be seen from the nodes that look bigger and less dominant than other actors. In addition, the link (path) is still not connected between all actors. The hub also determines the sociogram map relations so that communication in bonding relationships is still dominated by only a few actors (edge). This study shows that the communication that occurs within the scope of bonding in the workers^ communication network is still uneven. However, labor empowerment or coordination activities can be maximized by utilizing the position of the opinion leader who becomes the hub and center in the sociogram of salt production workers

Abstract
Sickness and health are quantum conditions that can be manifested from the level of psychobiophysic conditions, when a person is sick then finding the right medicine is a solution for his psychobiophysic condition. One of the efforts that is currently becoming a discourse is optimizing the use value of music as pre-therapy as it develops, such as the use of music in hospitals, schools with special needs, medical rituals. Among the interesting use values --of music is the utilization of Kelentangan through the sound used, believed by the Dayak people in the Baliant ritual macrosystem. The phenomenon of the existence of therapeutic values --generated by the sound of Loudness provides an opportunity to work on its potential through the construction of experimental digital music based on the timbre of its sound as an induction pre-therapy media. Based on this case, the focus of the research is to explain the induction of Kelentangan as a therapeutic medium on the psychobiophysic aspect. This study used a quasi-experimental, where the number of participants consisted of 16 respondents who were randomly selected, age range 20-25 years with a background of cultural differences which were divided into two groups, namely the experimental group consisting of 8 respondents and the control group consisting of 8 respondents. Procedural data collection uses questionnaires and measurements at the stages of pre-test, test and post-test. The results showed that the musical composition of Kelentangan was able to induce a psychobiophysic response through changes in the electrical magnitude value of the experimental group, whose value was greater than that of the control group, while aspects of cognitive interpretation showed that the experimental Kelentangan music was able to provide an objective assessment of music transmission to the preference level and group comfort level experiments that get a value of 75%.
