Abstract
The Covid-19 pandemic has had an extraordinary impact on almost all business sectors, especially the SMEs sector, the business performance of this sector has decreased along with the implementation of Large-Scale Social Restrictions. However, in the new normal era, many have started to wake up by adapting to consumer behavior in the midst of the new normal era, namely by utilizing technology and social media, especially in the process of creating supply chain value.
This study aims to analyze the performance of SMEs that are affected by the application of omni-channel supply chain and supply chain integration, with the population being SMEs actors.
the method of the research is using the quantitative method
the aspect of innovation is a dimension that needs more attention from SMEs to be able to improve performance. Meanwhile, channel integration is a key part of being able to compete during the current pandemic. so with this in mind, it was found that the omni-channel supply chain strategy has a significant effect on the performance of SMEs
SMEs are required to always adapt to market demands and technological developments so as to win the competition. implementing an omni-channel strategy is one way to create business innovation
