Abstract
The purpose of this study is to identification factors are affecting the interests of students in participating the Student Entrepreneurial Program and what student interest description in participating the Student Entrepreneurial Program. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research approach and the type of research is descriptive. This research was conducted by extracting data from informants regarding their interest in entrepreneurship from the interview process which must be answered by the informants. As for the object of study as the dependent variable is interest and the independent variables are factors that influence to interest. After that, a factor analysis was carried out, which from the results and analysis consisted of 5 factors that caused students to be interested in entrepreneurship, namely the demographic forming variable, namely the order in the family which had the largest weight, namely 0.772, the personality-forming variable, namely attitude, which had the largest weight, which was 0.763. forming motivation, namely self-actualization needs, has the largest weight, namely 0.804, forming motives/personal profiles, namely friendship motives, having a factor weighting value of 0.807. and the variable forming the environment, namely the school environment, has the largest weight, which is 0.712.
