Rencana keuangan bagi mahasiswa yang berani bermimpi Hardianto Ramadhan,Irwan, Caturbudi Wicaksono
Universitas Tadulako
Abstract
In their educational journey, students often face various financial challenges that can hinder their dreams. Tuition fees, daily needs, and extracurricular activities often become a heavy burden. However, behind all of that, every student has the potential to achieve their dreams. With careful financial planning, they can overcome those obstacles and turn their dreams into reality.
A good financial plan is not just about calculating income and expenses, but also involves understanding short-term and long-term goals. Students who dare to dream need to have a clear strategy to manage the available resources. This includes budgeting, saving, and seeking additional income opportunities. With the right approach, they can create a strong foundation for a brighter future.
In this fast-paced era, the ability to plan finances has become a very important skill. Students who are able to manage their finances wisely will not only be more prepared to face the working world, but will also be more confident in pursuing their ambitions. This article will discuss practical steps in creating an effective financial plan, providing inspiration for students to keep dreaming and daring to take steps towards success.
Personal financial management (financial planning and control) is one form of application of financial management. Financial management is not only important for companies, but knowledge of financial management is also important to be applied within the family scope of each individual.
The lack of knowledge about financial planning has become a serious problem for Indonesian society. This conclusion is drawn from a survey on the level of financial literacy conducted by VISA in early 2012. Indonesia, with a score of 27.7, ranks 27th out of 28 countries surveyed, just above Pakistan. This indicates that the public^s understanding of financial management is still weak. Even the majority of Indonesians do not implement a family financial budget. Indonesia ranks at the bottom, with the majority of its citizens lacking emergency savings for at least three months. Financial education is still a major challenge in Indonesia.

The Influence of CEO Narcissism on Management and Operational Cost Effectiveness in Digital-Based Startups Ade Kurniawan,Rasmi Nur Anggraeni,Rajindra,Burhanuddin
Palu Muhammadiyah University
Abstract
Digital startups in Indonesia face a major challenge in managing operational costs efficiently amidst intense market competition. Startup success is often influenced by CEO leadership characteristics, including narcissism, which can play a dual role. CEO narcissism, characterized by ambition, high self-confidence, and a tendency to take risks, can have a significant impact on corporate financial policies. This study aims to analyze the influence of CEO narcissism on the management and effectiveness of operational costs in digital startups.
This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method involving CEOs from various digital startups in Indonesia. The narcissism scale was used to measure the level of CEO narcissism, while data related to operational costs were collected from startup financial reports. Regression analysis was conducted to examine the relationship between CEO narcissism and operational cost effectiveness, with control variables such as company age and startup size.
The results show that CEO narcissism has a significant influence on operational cost management. CEOs with high levels of narcissism tend to make less prudent decisions in budget allocation, potentially increasing operating costs inefficiently. This impact is more prominent in startups that are still in the early stages of development, where cash flow stability is essential.
These findings provide important insights for investors and stakeholders in assessing the risks associated with leadership characteristics in startups. This study recommends that shareholders and startup boards consider CEO narcissistic traits in leadership evaluation to create more optimal cost management. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the development of literature on the relationship between CEO characteristics and financial performance in the context of digital-based startups.

Abstract
This study aims to analyze the rate of return on profit and debt of Gojek and Tokopedia before and after the merger. This research method uses quantitative descriptive analysis by analyzing the financial data of the two companies for a period of 2 years before the merger (2019-2020) and 2 years after the merger (2022- 2023). To measure profitability, this study uses the Return on Equity (ROE) ratio, while to measure leverage, the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) is used. Data analysis was conducted using the Paired Sample t- test to compare financial performance before and after the merger. The test results show that for ROE a significance value of 0.154 is obtained with a t-count of 4.050, while for DER a significance value of 0.638 is obtained with a t-count of 0.640. Both significance values are greater than 0.05, which indicates that there is no significant difference in the two financial ratios before and after the merger.

Abstract
The purpose of this research is to empirically examine the serial mediation role of dividend policy and capital structure in the relationship between financial flexibility and financial performance. Population of this study consists of property and real estate companies sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) over 13-year period (2010 to 2022). The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with specific criteria. Based on the determined criteria, 6 companies were selected as the research sample. Data was obtained from financial reports collected from the IDX website to gather proxies for each variable used. The data analysis utilized descriptive statistical analysis and inferential analysis through Path Analysis and the Sobel test to examine mediation. The results show that of the 10 proposed hypotheses, 4 are not significant: financial flexibility doesn^t significantly affect financial performance, either directly or through capital structure, or through the serial mediation of dividend policy and capital structure. Financial flexibility also doesn^t directly affect capital structure. This provides empirical evidence that managing cash holdings alone, as a risk-free asset, is not sufficient to mitigate risk in generating financial performance, given that property and real estate companies require large capital expenditures due to their inherent characteristics.

FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS WITH DUPONT ANALYSIS APPROACH IN PT. TELEKOMUNIKASI INDONESIA PERIOD 2019-2023 Suchi Fausia Tenda, Muhammad Haikhal Ali, Zulfadli, Dr. Munawwarah, S.E.,M.M
Tadulako University
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the financial performance of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (TLKM) using the DuPont analysis approach during the 2019-2023 period. DuPont analysis measures profitability and asset trading efficiency through three main components: Net Profit Margin (NPM), Total Asset Turnover (TATO), and Return On Investment (ROI). Data is taken from the company^s annual financial statements published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results showed fluctuations in TLKM^s financial performance with the lowest NPM of 0.18% in 2019 and the highest of 0.25% in 2021, reflecting varying cost management efficiency. TATO decreased from 0.6 times in 2019 to 0.51 times in 2023, indicating that asset investment has not been optimal in generating revenue. ROI showed a significant increase in 2021 of 0.004% but remained low and volatile in other years. The study concludes that while there is potential for increased profitability, fluctuations in efficiency and profitability indicate challenges in the stability of the company^s financial performance. For investors, these results emphasize the importance of considering long-term risk and potential in investment decisions in TLKM.

Abstract
Commitment and work motivation have received a lot of attention as important elements influencing employee performance in a variety of organizations. Commitment refers to an employee^s dedication and emotional tie to their organization, which frequently results in a higher desire to contribute effectively towards organizational goals. Work motivation, on the other hand, refers to the internal and external elements that drive an individual^s excitement and tenacity in completing work-related tasks. These aspects form a fundamental basis for great performance. This study employs a literature review of articles published between 2019 and 2024 related to the impact of commitment and work motivation on employee performance. The review aims to provide an accurate and reliable overview of the existing evidence while minimizing bias and errors in data collection and analysis. The findings indicate that higher levels of commitment and motivation are positively associated with improved employee performance.

Abstract
This study uses a systematic literature review (SLR) technique to assess how strategic management is applied in various sectors. Implementing strategic management has become crucial for organisations to be competitive and react swiftly to changes in the business environment in the age of globalisation and technological innovation. This study looks at a number of variables that affect how well strategic management works, including stakeholder participation, dynamic capacities, and the application of digital technologies in marketing plans. The results demonstrate that effective plan execution requires a thorough comprehension of both internal and external components, environmental adaptation, and appropriate evaluation. Flexibility and adaptation to the unique needs of the organisation are still required, even when the tactics that are put into practice don^t always work well in every situation.

THE IMPACT OF WORK FROM ANYWHERE (WFA) POLICY ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AND WELL-BEING: A SYSTEMATIC REVIEW OF THE LITERATURE Bagus Budi Saputra*,Abdul Rahman,Rasmi Nur Anggraeni
Palu Muhammadiyah University
Abstract
This research aims to examine the impact of the Work From Anywhere (WFA) policy on employee performance and welfare through a systematic literature review. The method used in this research is literature review with a thematic analysis approach, which includes the stages of compare, contrast, and criticise various relevant literature sources. The results show that the implementation of WFA has a significant impact on employee productivity and well-being. A study from Global Workplace Analytics found a 35-40% increase in productivity in organisations that implement WFA well. Gallup^s State of the Global Workplace survey revealed higher levels of engagement (45%) among employees with flexible working compared to conventional systems (30%). However, the research also identified some challenges, with 23% of employees experiencing higher levels of burnout in WFA settings, and around 30% experiencing reduced work quality due to technical issues. Successful implementation of WFA depends on several key factors, including a strong digital infrastructure, organisational culture of trust, and employee adaptability. The research also underscores the importance of developing new competencies, especially in digital literacy, self-management, and virtual collaboration. The findings provide important implications for organisations in designing and implementing effective WFA policies to improve employee performance and well-being.
