Abstract

This study uses a systematic literature review (SLR) technique to assess how strategic management is applied in various sectors. Implementing strategic management has become crucial for organisations to be competitive and react swiftly to changes in the business environment in the age of globalisation and technological innovation. This study looks at a number of variables that affect how well strategic management works, including stakeholder participation, dynamic capacities, and the application of digital technologies in marketing plans. The results demonstrate that effective plan execution requires a thorough comprehension of both internal and external components, environmental adaptation, and appropriate evaluation. Flexibility and adaptation to the unique needs of the organisation are still required, even when the tactics that are put into practice don^t always work well in every situation.
