Abstract
This research explores using artificial intelligence (AI) tools such as ChatGPT in scientific papers by students in Indonesia. The main focus of the study is on students^ perceptions of ethical aspects, the risk of plagiarism, the limitations of technology, and its impact on the interaction between writers and tutors.
This research uses a quantitative-descriptive approach, the data collection method done by distributing surveys. There were 112 respondents from various universities in Indonesia. The study was conducted to look at data on the use of AI in writing scientific papers. The questionnaire contains questions about the tendency to use AI in writing scientific papers, ethical considerations, the risk of plagiarism, the limitations of technology, and the impact of AI on interaction with tutors.
The survey results showed that most respondents (62%) chose not to use ChatGPT to write scientific papers, while the other 38% chose ChatGPT. (84%) respondents scored four or higher on the dimension of ethical considerations. It indicates that a majority agreed or strongly agreed with the moral considerations when using ChatGPT to write a scientific paper. Regarding plagiarism, most respondents (74%) gave a four or greater score, indicating that most respondents agree or firmly agree that using a charge for writing scientific works poses a risk of plagiarism. For the ChatGp dimension of limitations, the vast majority (49%) gave neutral answers to the ChatGp language model dimension to understand and present information that matches the specific domain of the scientific work. Most students (46,01%) agree strongly on the differences in interaction with tutors in using ChatGPT for writing scientific articles. The findings of this study reveal that while AI, like ChatGPT , can improve efficiency in writing scientific papers, clear ethical guidelines are required. The risk of plagiarism and using information without listing the source is a significant concern. Moreover, the limitations of ChatGPT in understanding specific contexts must be acknowledged and overcome. The impact of ChatGPT on the interaction between authors and tutors also requires special attention, as it can affect the quality of academic guidance.
This research affirms the importance of understanding and managing the challenges posed by using ChatGPT in writing scientific papers. Ethics, plagiarism, and technological constraints are issues to be considered. Clear guidelines and stricter policies are needed to ensure that ChatGPT supports do not harm academic integrity.

UIN Raden Intan Lampung
Abstract
This study aims to design an artificial intelligence (AI)-assisted library service model to empower marginalized communities through a social inclusion approach. The research is grounded in the context of information access gaps and low digital literacy faced by disadvantaged groups, highlighting the need for library service innovations that are relevant to technological developments and community needs. This study employed a descriptive qualitative method, with data collected through literature review, observation, and interviews with librarians and representatives of marginalized communities. The data were analyzed using a thematic approach and verified through triangulation techniques.
The findings indicate that integrating AI technologies-such as Canva for graphic design, CapCut for video production, and DeepL Translate for language translation-significantly enhances the capabilities and active participation of communities in accessing, processing, and producing information. The implementation of these services not only ensures equitable access to digital resources but also equips users with practical skills applicable to economic development, education, and social advocacy. The proposed service model is based on the core principles of social inclusion: equitable access, active participation, information empowerment, and recognition of diversity.
This study concludes that AI-assisted library services designed under social inclusion principles can be an effective strategy to reduce the information gap and strengthen the role of libraries as agents of social change. The implications of this research are expected to serve as a reference for developing more inclusive library policies and practices in the digital era.

A Challenge: Mental Health Protection Policies for Victims of Gender-Based Violence Dwi Hardaningtyas, Indriastuti, Suprayoga
Wijaya Putra University
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the policy challenges in protecting the mental health of victims of gender-based violence in Indonesia, focusing on stigma, service accessibility, budget pressures, and institutional collaboration. The approach used was a literature review of legal documents, institutional reports, and scientific publications over the past five years (2019-2024). The results show that although Indonesia has a progressive legal framework such as the Sexual Violence Crime Law (UU TPKS), its implementation still faces significant obstacles. Social stigma against victims leads to low reporting rates and low levels of psychological support. Furthermore, limited mental health service infrastructure at the primary level, particularly at community health centers (Puskesmas), limits victims^ access to adequate recovery. Budget pressures in the mental health sector, along with a lack of coordination between government and non-governmental institutions, exacerbate gaps in comprehensive protection. This study recommends strengthening derivative regulations, developing integrated psychosocial services, increasing the capacity of mental health human resources, and a national campaign to eliminate stigma against victims of violence. With strategic and collaborative efforts, policies responsive to the mental health of victims of gender-based violence can be effectively implemented.
