Abstract
The transformation of libraries has enhanced their institutional function beyond simply being a place to store books, but also as a broader Literacy for Welfare platform, encompassing digital literacy, financial literacy, and other areas. It plays a crucial role in improving the quality of life for individuals and communities. Indonesia ranks fourth among countries with the largest number of internet users globally. Therefore, it is crucial to raise awareness of digital literacy among Indonesians today, encompassing knowledge and skills in software and internet usage, as well as the ability to understand, assess, and utilize information obtained from digital sources wisely, intelligently, thoroughly, and responsibly. Through the Social Inclusion-Based Library Transformation program, the Sungai Penuh City Library and Archives Office (Disperpusip) strives to improve the digital literacy of the community to support well-being. This article discusses how the program^s implementation contributes to improving the community^s digital skills, the types of activities undertaken, and the challenges faced in improving well-being. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method and employs thematic data analysis methods in analyzing research data. The results show that the Sungai Penuh City Disperpusip has become an inclusive space that empowers the community through digital training, provision of digital information services, technology-based MSME mentoring, and access to information relevant to local needs.
