Abstract
East Sumba regency is best known for its agricultural potential and is also projected as the food crop source of East Nusa region in the forseeable future. In order to achieve this goal, a quick and effective decision-making in term of infrastructural maintenance is required, especially for roads and irrigation facilities. An online information system as a part of Spatial Decision Support System (SDSS) is highly suitable for this purpose. Hence, this study aims to construct a WebGIS-based SDSS in the fields of transportation and irrigation specifically for East Sumba. Utilizing WebGIS architecture, the aforementioned SDSS consists of data, logical, and presentation tiers of open source PostGIS, Geoserver, as well as Open Layer software packages with Laravel Framework. This SDSS is using multiple queries that enables users to select which dataset they want to include in the decision-making process. Finally, our webGIS-based SDSS has already succesfully implemented in East Sumba, namely Sistem Informasi Jalan (SISINJA) and Sistem Informasi Irigasi (SISDA) for road and irrigation facilities, respectively.

Abstract
The problem of slum settlements in coastal areas is a measure of a low quality of life, one of which can be seen from the physical form of settlements. Slum settlements are identical with the lack of facilities, facilities and infrastructure and can be categorized as uninhabitable houses. According to the Decree of the Regent of Tanah Laut Number 188.45/657.KUM/2020 concerning the Determination of Slums in Tanah Laut Regency, it is stated that Tabanio Village is included in the determination of slum areas, and according to an interview with the head of Tabanio Village, Mr. Madiansyah stated that the slum settlements in Tabanio Village spread over Rt 04, Rt 07, Rt 08, Rt 09, Rt 10.
There are three methods used in this research, namely using descriptive data analysis method to determine the characteristics of slum settlements, the second using scoring analysis method to determine the level of slums and the method used. The third is using descriptive analysis with land capability analysis to formulate land management analysis, where from the analysis of the characteristics and level of slums can formulate land management that is suitable for use in the research area. Based on the results of the analysis conducted, there are 4 RTs that have the characteristics of building quality slums, environmental drainage slums, clean water service slums, waste facilities slums and fire protection slums, while in the research area the slum level is divided into two, namely moderate slum level and mild slum level. , where Rt 04 is included in the moderate slum level and for Rt 07, Rt 08, Rt 09 and Rt 10 is included in the light slum level, for land management used in the research area, namely land readjustment for Rt 04, relocation is also applied in Rt 04 because there are 7 housing units located along the riverbank and do not have clarity on the rights to the occupied land parcels, while for Rt 07 and Rt 08 also use land readjustment for land management direction, for the concept of handling slum settlements, namely by building rehabilitation, adding new SPAM units, construction of new PSP and development of security simple roots while for Rt 09 and Rt 10 the land management direction used is land pooling, for the handling concept used is the construction of a new SPAM unit, construction of a new drainage system, construction of new PSP and construction of simple fire protection

Implementation of Distributed Generation for Voltage Drop Reduction in Electric Power Distribution Systems Abraham Lomi*, Sukumar Kamalasadan**, and Kartiko Ardi Widodo*
*Dept. of EE, Institut Teknologi Nasional Malang, INDONESIA
**Dept. of EE, The University of North Caroline at Charlotte, USA
Abstract
The electricity demand is growing rapidly due to the increased development activities which may lead to many problems in the operation of power systems such as the power quality, reliability, and control of the power system, etc. since there are many nonlinear and sensitive loads. Power quality can range from simple steady-state low voltage profiles to transient problems, such as oscillatory and surges. In the early days of the electric power industry, distributed generation (DG) was introduced as a source of energy near the point of consumption on a small scale. However, they became quickly unpopular afterward due to their lower efficiency compared to centralized generation. Nowadays, with market liberalization, environmentalism, and technological advance, distributed generation (DG) become more important and popular in power systems, especially in the power system area. Traditionally, poor voltage profile problems can be addressed by using tap-changing transformers, capacitors, etc. With the increase of DG units connects to the distribution networks, the power flow direction will change, depending on production and consumption at a certain time. This will result in changing voltages due to reduce branch current along the feeder. However, the problem of poor voltage profile is only improved if DG is allocated and sized optimally. A genetic algorithm (GA) method is selected to optimize the location and size of DG while the sensitivity factor analysis (SFA) is selected to search the sensitivity buses for DC placement. A 69-bus test system is adopted to run the simulation and showed that the GA finds bus No. 63 as the best location for DG placement. The minimum size of the DG required to ensure the voltages at all load buses lying within the permitted range is 2.16 MW. This allows reducing the total voltage drop from 1.5437 kV (a case of no DG) to 0.5439 kV or contributes to 64.82% total voltage drop reduction. While the sensitivity factor method shows that bus No.57 is the most suitable location for DG placement with a minimum size of 2.61 MW and reduces the total voltage drop 0.8391 kV or counts for 45.69% total voltage drop reduction. In addition, it is clear to show that the DG size in the GA method is smaller than that of the SFA method but the efficiency of improving the voltage profile of the first method is better than that of the latter.

Abstract
One of the products from the development of digital banking is the creation of e-money (electronic money), during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 electronic money (e-money) is the best alternative as a means of payment. In this article, we analyze the growth, barriers, and challenges of e-money as a new payment instrument in Indonesia by bringing up empirical studies on the millennial generation. Data was collected through interviews with 2 managers of e-money issuing companies and 23 millennial e-money customers. By using qualitative methods, this study concludes that the e-money development strategy is to create innovations that can make users more secure in meeting their daily needs. Increasing promos and cashback at merchants who have collaborated with products that have been issued is also the most favorite development strategy for customers. Constraints for e-money customers include security issues, limited merchants, unstable provider network, and socio-cultural factors (the habit of using conventional cash payment methods). The challenges faced by e-money issuers are competitors of similar products.

Abstract
Start Up is a technology startup company that is currently quite a lot emerging. The COVID-19 pandemic has greatly affected the development of the company due to the use of technology in all fields. Many processes are currently highly dependent on the needs and advances in technology. Start Up is a technology company that provides solutions for entrepreneurs and SMEs to be able to use technology. Many MSEs or SMEs are competing to be able to take advantage of technology to be able to continue to develop in the conditions of the covid 19 pandemic. The existence of startup companies and their development in Indonesia is growing so that it provides a positive value. The increasing number of startup companies cannot guarantee that these companies can survive in the long term. The problem that arises is that some start-up companies fail. Many startup companies fail because companies appear instantly without having a mature plan to be able to grow and survive with competing companies. Business processes in the company can be said to be quite minimal but competition with similar companies is quite high. Seeing these problems, startup companies need to have good and clear strategic planning documents to be able to provide an overview of technological challenges with competing companies and documentation for further developments. Documentation of strategic planning is done by using the TOGAF ADM method. This framework is used for planning documentation to align business processes and current technologies. The results of this study are documentation of the company^s internal and external conditions from the IT side, TOGAF ADM artifacts and IT planning blueprints.

Abstract
Wajak Subdistrict has an area of 9,960.70 ha, of which 23.31% has a rather steep slope, as well as a sandy dominant soil texture that has the potential for landslides. However, the land with the potential for landslides is used for the development of coffee planting areas. To prevent a decrease in coffee production, efforts are needed to mitigate the danger of landslides. Landslide estimation using the erodibility method approach Wischmeier and Smith based on Normalized Difference Soil Index from Sentinel 2A imagery. This image is widely used for disaster analysis, especially in assessing plant factors, however, it is still rare to analyze soil factors. The parameters used are soil texture, organic matter, structure, and permeability to determine soil erodibility and NDSI value. The point sampling method use stratified randomized sampling. This study used 33 sample points on coffee fields, of which 26 points were used as models and 7 points for validation. Modeling applications using ArcGIS 10.8, QGIS 3.24, and RStudio, methods of analysis through correlation, linear regression, paired t-tests, and mean absolute percentage error. The results showed that the soil erodibility estimation model is Y=(1.53xNDSI)-0.47, and influenced 82%. The validation test results showed that the model did not differ from the actual condition, and the model feasibility test results showed a good MAPE value (14%). Soil erodibility values of 0.25 to 0.82, the higher soil erodibility value indicate that the soil is sensitive to landslide events. The estimated landslide hazard estimation model is Y=(3.27xNDSI)-2.21 and has a range value of landslides in coffee fields is 1.35 to 4.95.

Abstract
Domestic wastewater is main pollutant for their receiving river. Domestic wastewater treatment communal has built for reducing the pollutant. These communal wastewater treatment plant (CWWTP) most located at the riverbank for convenience to discharge. The effluent of CWWTP has not monitored regularly so the treatment performance of CWWT is unknown. Tlogomas CWWTP located at Tlogomas gang 8 Malang city East Java managed by Kelompok Sanitasi Masyarakat (KSM) Panca Murti. Tlogomas has been operated since 2011 and it service 96 households or 460 peoples. The operating capacity exceed the desain capacity of 350 peoples. Tlogomas CWWTP is an anaerobic treatment which use sedimentation, anaerobic baffled reactor and anaerobic filter as their unit treatment.
This research was aimed to know the quality of effluent Tlogomas CWWTP and their treatment performance. To determine its effect, we followed the Minister of Environment and Forestry regulations No. 68/2016 parameters for wastewater quality standard such as Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD) and Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) to know the actual quality of the wastewater. In addition, this research also tested the concentration of Nitrate (NO3) and Phosphate (PO4) to know nutrient characteristics of the effluent. We sampled CWWTP effluent on 17 May, 7 July, 12 July and 20 July in 2022.
Sampling method we used on this research was based on Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI) 6989.59:2008. Besides, for determining the effluent quality, we used the laboratory analysis based on SNI 6989.2.2019 for COD, APHA 5210 B.2017 for BOD, Q1/LKA/65 for NO3 and SNI 6989-31:2021 for PO4.
The evaluation result of Tlogomas CWWTP^s effluent quality showed below. The concentration of COD consecutively 584.5 mg/L- 120.5 mg/L- 285.9 mg/L- 194.6 mg/L so it was exceeding the wastewater quality standard which should less than 100 mg/L. For the concentration of BOD, 1 of the samples shows the good result, which still on the wastewater quality standard which should less than 30 mg/L (28.85 mg/L). But for the another, the values were not (206.6 mg/L- 91.44 mg/L- 62.73 mg/L). The value of NO3 concentration respectively 5.323 mg/L- 10.63 mg/L- 11.65 mg/L- 8.919 mg/L. PO4 concentration are 13.23 mg/L- 13.7 mg/L- 21.45 mg/L- 9.115 mg/L. From the data above, the effluent of Tlogomas CWWTP still contain high organic and nutrient. Effluent discharge to riverbank potentially contaminanted the soil and river. The high organic contains in effluent Tlogomas WWTP caused by hydraulic loading (38.22 m3/m2.day) which exceed the design (27.87 m3/m2.day). So, the organic loading also exceeding the design where the value showed respectively 2.2 kg/m2.day- 0.31 kg/m2.day- 0,97 kg/m2.day- 0.67 kg/m2.day. Furthermore, low treatment performance also caused by the maintenance that not routinely conducted. This caused treatment capacity reduced from the sludge accumulation. Recommendation for treatment is sludging drain to extend the capacity of Tlogomas CWWTP. Another recommendation is extending the capacity of CWWTP with adding the unit of treatment

Abstract
The island of Java, located in the southeastern subduction zone of Australian plate beneath Eurasian, is a region rich of seismicity. Moderate to large earthquakes with magnitudes of 5.0 to 7.8 have been striking the region, making the study of its seismicity an utmost importance. Unfortunately, seismicity along the eastern part of Java has rarely been studied or assessed. This study serves as preliminary research to bridge the knowledge gap regarding the seismicity of eastern Java by performing two analyses. First, P-wave velocity inversion was performed by using travel times of earthquake data that occurred in eastern Java from January 2008 to February 2022. Then, earthquake relocation was carried out by using the newly derived velocity model. The obtained P-velocity model increasing slowly from 5.39 km/s at the surface down to the depth of ~35 km. A large jump of P-velocity can also be found at the depth of 40 km, where it sharply increases from 7.21 to 7.98 km/s and keeps on increasing up to 8.39 km/s at the depth of 200 km. The resulting absolute locations of earthquakes during the period of our study are mostly concentrated along the offshore area south of East Java. The hypocentral depths vary from the south to the north in accordance with the active subduction zone with the deepest hypocenter reaching ~150 km. The average RMS residual of all the relocated events is 0.40 s with the horizontal and vertical errors of 9.99 and 13.64 km, respectively.

Abstract
In this paper we examine the computational speed and accuracy of the computational fluid dynamics used within our proposed AC-Guide. Our previously proposed AC-guide improves air quality in a way that is not possible with the air conditioning features already installed in offices and residences. It prompts users to open and close windows and doors and operate switches on appliances other than air conditioning using voice and cell phone notification functions. Within this system, the key technology is to quickly predict how indoor temperature, humidity, air velocity, and CO2 concentration will change when certain actions are taken. As an initial step in our research, we built a small air-conditioning experimental setup and compared the results of experiments with a simplified model with those predicted by computational fluid dynamics.

Abstract
The presence of atypical lymphocyte cells (blue plasma lymphocytes) in the blood smear of a patient suspected of dengue is a specific sign that the person concerned is positive for an attack of dengue fever. In general, the counting of atypic lymphocyte cells is done manually under a microscope, but this method has consequences for counting errors and a longer time. In digital image processing, we can use the improved counting morphology method to count atypic lymphocytes faster and more accurately than manual calculations under a microscope. The improved counting morphology algorithm uses the concept of adjacency 8 as the basis for calculating atypical lymphocytes by memorizing the neighbor next to it, if the color next to it is the same color as the reference point, it is said that the pixel points are neighbors or cognate with the reference pixel point and are counted as the same object. But on the contrary, if a pixel point is not related to its neighbors, it means that the pixel point is a separator or a different object.
