Reply from Dr. Ni Luh Sustiawati 2022.12.23 05:11:20 thank you for your question, in our opinion the lack of teacher creativity in teaching is caused by a lack of a teacher^s sense of responsibility towards learning. teachers do not understand their function in developing the potentials of students. teachers only carry out their duties according to the learning standards set in the curriculum without regard to the characteristics of students, the learning environment, and the challenges they will face in the future. for that the teacher needs to do an analysis of the learning needs of students and develop learning according to the learning needs that the teacher finds. for example the need for the development of student nationalism which is reflected in maintaining unity in global competition, thank you :)
