why is this research sample only intended for ORMAWA administrators? Why
not students who have their own business?

why we choose ormawa administrators because in our opinion there are still
research gaps that have not been studied
In previous studies, Work Life Balance was studied on students while working (Ani
Muttaqiyathun and Ema Nurmaya, 2021), Work Life Balance on female farm workers
(Silvira Asrilla Putri, 2021), on working women (T. Elfira Rahmayati, 2021) and Work
Life Balance in carrying out the dual role of study in students (Wiyanto, 2021).
However, to the best of our knowledge, there has been no research on work life
balance of active students in organizations.

empirically, explain how relationship between work life balance and self-efficacy at
muhamadiyah university of ponorogo?
Replies:
Self Efficacy is an individual^s belief in their abilities. Self-efficacy can affect work life
balance because self efficacy can improve belief, motivate and know her self to
complete the task. Student who have higher self efficacy will know what they can do
and what they cannot do. So the student can manager their task, time and role as a
student and as organization administrator. Work life balance of student association
executive board at Universitas Muhammadiyah Ponorogo have high value. Most of
student who join on organization have high GPA (grade point average) because they
can maintaining or balancing task from lectures and task from organization. They
know their capability so they not do what can^t be achieve.
