is caused by a lack of a teacher^s sense of responsibility towards learning. teachers
do not understand their function in developing the potentials of students. teachers
only carry out their duties according to the learning standards set in the curriculum
without regard to the characteristics of students, the learning environment, and the
challenges they will face in the future. for that the teacher needs to do an analysis of
the learning needs of students and develop learning according to the learning needs
that the teacher finds. for example the need for the development of student

thank you for your question, (1) this research is a needs analysis before developing
an innovative learning. in accordance with the learning needs that we found, in
measuring student learning outcomes, in this case, creative dance and student
nationalism were measured through observation instruments.
(2) the advantages of the med-medan dance in creating harmony and love for the
motherland, namely the med-medan dance is a traditional art which is the local
wisdom of the community which has long been used to maintain a sense of solidarity
and unity. For this reason, the med-medan dance needs to be revitalized by making it
a learning medium in accordance with the basic competencies that students are
expected to master.
