Abstract
The academic community and students in the Department of Indonesian Language and Literature are still not completely free from gratification. There^s still a ^subtle^ act of gratification, as in the learning process. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a responsive integrity zone (anti-gratification) to realize WBK and WBBM.The development of an integrity zone (anti-gratification) that is responsive to the realization of WBK and WBBM is an effort made by the department to achieve an environment that is free from the practices of gratification. The development of Integrity Zones (IZs) focused on preventing corruption and improving the quality of services is a strategic step in achieving this. This research is conducted to develop effective Integrity Zones, as well as strategies that can be applied to support the achievements of WBK and WBBM in the Department of Indonesian Language and Literature, which in turn will improve the quality of service to students, lecturers, and the general public.
